Providing and fixing (SINGLE REBATE DOOR FRAME) door frame fabricated from sections roll formed out of 1.2 mm (one point two millimetre) thick galvanized steel (Base steel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120 gms/sqm (one hundred twenty gram per square metre). The overall size of section should be 105x60 mm (one hundred five into sixty millimetre) with rebate of 37 mm (thirty seven millimetre) for shutter. The frame section should be cut to length and metre joint with corner bracket made of CRCA electroplated. The frame should be provided with 3 (three) number of M.S. powder coated 4" (four inch) butt hinges of 2 mm( two) millimetres thickness welded to frame and 6 (six) number of 1.2 mm( one point two) thick CRCA electroplated stiffeners should be welded to frame and 6 (six) number 8" (eight inch) MS holdfasts with spilt end tail welded to stiffeners plates and 1(One) number aldrop receiver. 30 mm (thirty millimetre) thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm (sixty into thirty millimetre) and wall thickness 2 mm (two millimetre) (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm (seventy five into two hundred twenty millimetre) having wall thickness 1.0 mm (one point zero millimetre) and stainless steel screws. Providing and fixing ECO-5000 ( Five thousand) Series Windows fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanized steel colour coated / powder coated (Base steel as per 513"D" quality Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 gram/sqm (One hundred twenty gramme per square metres with total coated thickness of 0.60mm (zero point six zero Coated section should be with primer coat of epoxy primr of 5-7 (five to seven) micron thick finish apinted with polyster paint of 12-16 (twelve to sixteen) microns thick and black coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 (five to seven) microns, or powder coated with pure polyster powder up to 50-60 (fifty to sixty) micron thick. Providing and fixing 19 mm (nineteen millimetre) thick water proof termite resistant commercial board box including shelves and shutters, the back side cup board / cabinet shall be 8 mm (eight millimetre) thick ply and all the cut portions of shelves shall be finished with 6 mm (six millimetre) thick hard wood edging. The cut portion of shutters from all sides shall also be finished with 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick hard wood edging. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (zero point five zero millimetre) (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 (one hundred twenty) grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 (two hundred forty) mpa steel grade, 5-7 (five to seven) microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 (fifteen to eighteen) microns.
