Extra over item for every subsequent coat of paint With enamel paint other then white.including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Demolition of brick work above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials with in all lead. In cement mortar. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,(One point five metre) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (Fifty metre) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (One Cement : Four coarse sand) : Eight graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty milimetre) nominal size) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in (Seven point five ) foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six coarse sand) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) cement plaster on the fair side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (One cement: Six fine sand). including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately. 2nd deodar wood.. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick : Second class teak wood including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing wire guage shutters for doors windows using galvanised M.S. wire guage designation 85 ( Eighty five) G with wire of dia 0.56 mm ( Zero point fifty six) millimeter ) 40 mm ( Forty millimeter ) thick in 2nd class deodar wood including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge ISI marked Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and weeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-inCharge 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-50 grade with approved color design and pattern. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.For doors windows and ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames.. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fittings and glazing/panelling shall be paid for separately). including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm (Four milimetre) thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm Ten kilograme / Square metre). including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
