Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate in retaining wall, breast wall, walls of any thickness and like structures excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 150mm dia (One hundred fifty millimetre dia) high pressure UPVC Casing Pipe (of Finolex make) spigot and socket soil waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked pressure not ess than 6 kg per sqm.cm (Six kilogramme per square centimetre) including fixing with approved adhesive etcetera as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying factory made 60mm (Sixty millimetre) thick cement concrete paver block of M-30 ( M-Thirty) grade with approved colour, design and pattern (NTC make ISI marked) chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etcetra of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick (fifty millimetre) compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (one cement : one point five coarse sand (zone- III) : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement : four coarse sand (zone- III) : eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick with cement mortar 1:3 (onecement : three coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including cutting and threading the pipes complete Inside size 90x80 cm (ninety into eighty centimetre) and 45 cm (forty five centimetre) deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm (four hundred fifty five into six hundred ten millimetre) internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg ( thirty eight kilogram) (weight of cover 23 kg (twenty three kilogram) and weight of frame 15 kg ( fifteen kilogram) With common burnt clay F.P.S.
