Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 (twenty) metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm (fourty millimetre) dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 (one point five) metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etcetra, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing & applying a bonding Coat of 1.5 (one point five) Cem:1 (one) Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent construction chemical to the existing dismantled / cleaned surface,complete at all levels and as directed by engineer incharge. (Non Scheduled Item) as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Supplying and injecting into cracks/ Honey Comb approved epoxy base grouting material as per instructions and specification of manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/pump at requirred pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc.as per specicifications acceptable product make Pidilite/CICO/CIBA/FOSROC/Fairmate or Equivalent including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Drilling Suitable holes in reinforced /plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm (one hundred millimetre) upto 200mm (two hundred millimetre) in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Shotcreting reinforcemnt cement concrete columns, beams and slabs etcetra. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm (ten millimetre) maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.Note: Rates shall include the providing necessaryground wires etcetra. The levelling gauges, if used, shall bepaid for separately. Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of reinforcement cement concrete work with 6 mm (six millimetre ) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement : three fine sand) approved by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying 52 mm (fifty two millimetre) thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm(fourty millimetre) thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four gradedstone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) and top layer 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (one cement hardener mix : two graded stone aggregate 6 mm (six millimetre) nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @2 litre per 50 kg (two litre per fifty kilogram) of cement or as per manufacturer'sspecifications. Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying.(a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm (zero point four hundred eighty eight kilogram per square metre) mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253kg/sqm (zero point two hundred fifty three kilogram per square metre).(b) laying second layer of Fibre glass clothwhen the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than10 cm (ten centimetre). (c) third layer of 1.5 mm (one point five millimetre) thicknessconsisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289kg/sqm (one point two hundred eighty nine kilogram per square metre) mixed with water proofing cementcompound @ 0.670 kg/sqm (zero point six hundred seventy kilogram per square metre) and coarsesand @ 1.289 kg/sqm (one point two hundred eighty nine kilogram per square metre) . This will be allowedto air cure for 4 (four) hours followed by watercuring for 48 (foury eight) hours. The entire treatment willbe taken upto 30 cm (thirty centimetre) on parapet wall andtucked into groove in parapet all around.(d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately approved by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing gola 75x75 mm (seventy five into seventy five millimetre) in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four stone aggregate 10 mm (ten millimetre) and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three fine sand) as per standard design in 75x75 mm (seventy five into seventy five millimetre) deep chase approved by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm (seventy five into twenty five millimetre) mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of “L” shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .
