Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge All works upto plinth level within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm(Forty millimetre) thick with 20 mm (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size stone aggregate within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor any level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:1½:3 (One cement : 1.5(One point five zero) coarse sand) : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty millimetre) nominal size) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. Providing and fixing wooden laminated flooring made in superior water resistant high density hard wood fibre board 8mm (Eight millimetre ) thick make action tesa with all accessories complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Full body vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (Three point three kilogram/square metre) (including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., size of tile 600x 600mm (Six hundred x six hundred millimetre ) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying Full body Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S.15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm(Twelve millimetre ) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement: three coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm. (Three point three kilogram/square metre) including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete size of tile 600x 600mm (Six hundred x six hundred millimetre ) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying full body vitrified floor tiles out of single piece tread 30x150cm (Thirty x one hundred fifty centimetre ) with anti skid pattern(with matt finish) of approved shade of jhonson/ Kajarai/AGL/RAK or equivalent, (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to IS 15622 of approved made , in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (Twenty millimetre ) thick cement mortar 1:4(One cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg./ sqm.(Three point three kilogram/square metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching the pigment etc. complete with in all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying full body vitrified floor tiles out of single piece riser 20x150cm (Twenty x one hundred fifty centimetre ) with anti skid pattern matt finish in different size(thickness to be specified by manufacture), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to IS 15622 of approved made , in all colours and shades in skirting, riser of steps, over 12mm(Twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(One cement : three coarse sand ) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg./ sqm.(Three point three kilogram/square metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching the pigment etc. complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (Three hundred x three hundred millimetre ) or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm (Twenty millimetre ) thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement : four Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (Three point three kilogram/square metre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm(Twenty millimetre ) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm.(Three point three kilogram/square metre) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

15mm (Fifteen millimetre ) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (One cement : four fine sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

6 mm (Six millimetre ) cement plaster of mix 1:3 (One cement : three fine sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providinig and fixing Ist quality GRC/ unistone wall cladding conforming to IS 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture ) of approved made, in all colours shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in- charge , in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm(Twelve millimetre ) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg. /sqm. (Three point three kilogram/ square metre ) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing GRC panel 30mm (thirty millimetre) thick on external walls as per the architectural drawing . Fixing to be done on external wall including the necessary SS clamps, scaffoldings required etc. complete by specified vendor in strict supervision of manufacture & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 30mm(thirty millimetre ) thick within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Channel door, windows, clerestory windows frame manufacture from M.S. section ISLC 40x75mm(Forty x seventy five millimetre ) and M.S. flat 40x12mm(Forty x twelve millimeter) in combination welded together to made one frame including hinges jamb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 50x25mm (Fifty x twenty five millimetre ) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including bright finished or black enamelled mild steel butt hinges 100x 58x1.90mm (One hundred x fifty eight x One point ninety millimetre ) with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (Forty millimetre ) thick panelled and glazed shutters for doors with deodar wood style, rails beading and infil pannel of 12mm(Twelve millimetre) thick phenol bonded pre-laminated(both side ) particle board panel ISI marked No.IS 12823 below middle rail or its eq. panel above middle rail shall be of 5mm (five millimetre) thick glass including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished or required size with necessary screws all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (Forty millimetre ) thick panelled and glazed shutters for doors with deodar wood style, rails beading and infil pannel of 12mm(Twelve millimetre) thick phenol bonded pre-laminated(both side ) particle board panel ISI marked No.IS 12823 including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished or required size with necessary screws all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm(Forty millimeter) thick glazed shutters of deodar wood for doors, windows and clerestory windows using double glass 4mm(four millimeter ) thick float glass panes) panel with rubber gasket to fill the air gap, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm (One point four millimetre ) in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm(Zero point sixty three millimetre ), for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges & necessary screws 35 mm (Thirty five millimetre ) thick 2nd class teak wood shutters within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One millimeter) , of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50(Fifty) gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification Two or more coats on new work within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm(Nineteen millimetre ) thick water proof termite resistant commercial board box including shelves and shutters, the back side of clup board/ cabinet shall be 8mm(eight millimetre ) thick ply and all the cut portions of shelves shall be finished with 6mm(Six millimetre) thick hard wood edging. The cut portion of shutters from all sides shall also be finished with 12mm (Twelve millimetre ) thick hard wood edging. The shutter from out side shall be finished with 1mm(One millimetre ) thick lamination of approved shade including piano hinges and magnetic catcher with in all assessories etc. complete as per detailed drawinig within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point ninety litre/ ten square metre ) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm.(Zero point seventy five litres/ ten square metre of approved brand and manufacture within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 19mm(Nineteen millimetre ) thick 60x60cm (Sixty x sixty centimetre ) selected Mandana red stone finishing/ flooring over 20mm(Twenty millimeter) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5(One cement : Five coarse sand ), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2(One cement : two stone dust ) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. The stone shall be finished with rough polish so as not to make it slippery and within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hard drawn hooks and eyes 200 mm(Two hundred millimetre) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm(Eighteen millimetre) thick, 150 mm(One hundred fifty millimetre ) wide pelmet of flat pressed 3(Three) layer or graded wood particle board medium density grade I, IS : 3087 marked, including top cover of 6 mm(Six millimetre ) commercial ply wood conforming to IS: 303 BWR grade, nickel plated M.S. pipe 20 mm(Twenty millimetre ) dia (heavy type) curtain rod with nickel plated brackets, including fixing with 25x3 mm(Twenty five millimetre x three millimetre ) M.S. flat 10 cm long fixed to pelmet with hollock wood cleats of size 100 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm(One hundred millimetre x forty millimetre x forty millimetre) on both inner side of pelmet and rawl plugs 75 mm(Seventy five millimetre ) long etc. all complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 300 x16mm(Three hundred x sixteen millimetre ).

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete Single rubber stopper within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg (Thirty five kilogram ) and door width upto 700 mm(Seven hundred millimetre ), and above with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing special quality bright finished brass cupboard or ward robe locks with four levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 40mm (Forty millimetre)

Providing and fixing 0.62mm(Zero point sixty two millimetre ) thick troughed prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20(Twenty) microns over 5(Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5(Five) microns over 5(Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimetre ) overall with 0.62mm (Zero point sixty two millimetre ) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5(Five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5(Five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm(Six millimetre ) dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and fixing valleys 90 cm.(Ninety centimetre) overall 0.62mm. (Zero point sixty two millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty ) micron over 5(Five) microns primer coating back coat of polyster of 5(Five ) micron over 5(Five ) micron primer coating including fixing with , prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetre) dia with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in -charge within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm(Zero point fifty millimetre ) (+0.05 %(Zero point zero five percent) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120(One hundred twenty) grams per sqm as per IS: 277(Two hundred seventy seventy ) , in 240(Two hundred forty) mpa steel grade, 5-7(Five- Seven) microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18(Fifteen- eighteen ) microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.i) Flashings/ Aprons.( Upto 600 mm)(Six hundred millimetre)

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm (One point sixty six millimetre) to 2mm(Two millimetre ) thick in eaves board /facia /soffits /ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing , supplying and inistallationo of Microcell Polycarbonate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) thick (minimum). UV protected panel lsystem which shall be uniform in color with an integral microcell core. They should be manufactured with vertical standing seam with standing seam height of 10(Ten) to 20mm(Twenty millimetre) at both sides of the panel. Panels shall be fixed on MS/ trusses, purlins with continuous structural aluminium double wall I - profile spacer together with snap-on connector. These connectors to interlock the panel shall have to 2-4 (Two- four ) tooth grip- lock locking mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capability and shall pass a pull-out load of minimum 4000(Four thousand) N(4 kN ) when tested as per lSO 6892:1998 and IS 16-8:2005. Panel lshall be with additional End- cap/ aluminium U- profile( mill finish) for ends including glass wool 100mm (One hundred millimetre ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 75mm(Seventy five millimetre) x 60mm(Sixty millimeter rounded hand rails in stright length complete in Ist class Indian teak wood ) within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm(Fifty millimetre ) thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand (zone - III) : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty millimetre) nominal size) over 75mm(Seventy five millimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm(Forty millimetre ) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm(Sixty millimetre ) thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying jointing 23cm (Twenty three centimetre ) dia half rouund glazed stoneware pipes class SP-1 with stiff mixture of cement mortar in proporation of 1:1 (One cement : one fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
