Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer - in- charge .

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen ( RS-I) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0. 30 kg per sqm (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer - in- charge .

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded mix seal surfacing material of 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (thirteen point two millimetre to zero point nine millimetre) (Type-B) or 13.2 mm @ 0.338kg/per ten sqm (thirteen point two millimetre at the rate of zero point three three eight kilogram per ten square metre) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen @ i.e binder content @ 23.75 kg/10sqm (at the rate of twenty three point seven five kilogram per ten square metre) or 5.11% by weight and minimun density of MSS should be 2.10 gram/cc to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previous prepared base including mixxing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer - in- charge .
