Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading 25mm ( Twenty five millimetre) compacted thickness with bituminous binder VG-30 ( Viscosty grade- thirty) @ 5.50% ( Five five zero percent of total mix weight) and lime filler 2% ( percentage weight of aggregate ) and waste plastic additive @ 8% ( percentage by weight of bitumen) with minium 100-120 TPH capacity ( Hundred- one hundred twenty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/ drum type plant with electonic control, transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade , level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 ( Eight-ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 ( Eight - ten ) tonne capacity or penumatic typr roller of 12-15 ( Tweleve- fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of at least 0.56 mpa ( Zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 ( six- eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desired compaction as specification 2019 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes sale tax octroi, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. Note:- 1) All Type of material shall be arranged by the contractor vide Notification by Additional Secy.to the Govt. of HP vide letter No.PBW(B)©(17)2/0212 dated 7.8.2018. 2) The rates shall be inclusing of all types of taxes including GST etctra) 3) The Bidder are requested to submit their bid as per notification issued by the Principal Secy.
