Provision of an Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with M-40 (M-forty) grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25 mm (twenty five milimeter) diameter, 450 mm (four hundred fifty milimeter) long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No. RW/NH -33022/1/94-DO Ill dated 24 June 1994 as per dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for reinforced cement concrete of Grade M-30 (M-thirty) design mix with minimum cement contents @415 kg/cum (four hundred fifteen kilogramme per cubic metre) using OPC -43 grade (ordinary protland cement - forty three grade) in approach slab complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1000,1500,1700 and 2704 of MORT&H specification using batching plant, transit mixture and concrete pump as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. (four point five zero kilogram per square centimetre) , extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H (One vertical : twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 700 and 1200 and as per the directions and entire satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 1200 and 1600 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of granular sub-base 200mm (two hundred millimeter) consolidated thick by providing well graded materials, (Grading-I) spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel 80-100kN (eighty to hundred) static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH technical specification section 400 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site. laying in uniform layers in sub-base base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and MORD 2014 Technical Specification Clause 406 in two layers and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification section 500, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 60mm (sixty milimetre) thick Dense graded bituminous macadam with (VG-30) and with 100-120 TPH (Hundered to One hundered twenty) batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specifed grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) viscosity grrade thirty @ 4.0 % to 4.50 % (four to four point five percent) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactionas per technical spectification clause no. 505 complete in all respects, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying 40mm (Fourty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (One hundred to one hundred twenty) 40-60 TPH (forty- sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2mm (Thirteen point two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-thirty) at the rate of 5.40 to 5.60 (Five decimal four zero to five decimal six zero) percent of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (Twelve-fifteen Tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56mpa (Zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six-eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH technical specification section 500 including hauling of material within all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying 25 mm (twenty five milimeter) thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen 85/25 (eighty five or twenty five) or VG - 30/40 (viscosity grade - thirty or fourty) @ 10.2% (ten point two zero percent), fine aggregates, course aggregates, lime filler @ 17.92% (Seventeen point nine two percent) of total, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping at an approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimeter) centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1DDC, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm (one millimetres to four millimetre) over mastic surface, all complete as per MORT&H Technical specifications clause 516 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
