Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone agreegate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) curing complete excluding the cost of form work in all work up to plinth level including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and as per specification, approved Drawing & Design complete. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing tor steel reinforcement of Tata / Sail /JSPL/JSW/SHYAM of thermo mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500 D(Fe- five hundred )or more for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, , GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed cement concrete work of grade M-25 (twenty five) design mix to obtain the compressive strenght of 25N/mm square ( twenty five newton per square millimetre ) for reinforced cement concrete work up to floor all level using minimum cement content not less than 360 KG/Cum (Three hundred sixty kilogram per cubic metre) or as per approved design mix to give a smooth surface mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing completed and pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability for reinforced concrete work including carriage of material within all lead ,lift and other incedental as per specification approved drawing design and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of columns etcetra and mass concrete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals.The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal fifteen millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centering and shuttering with steel plate including strutting, propping etcetera and removal of form work for retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etcetera as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specification, approved Drawing & Design.The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm (seventy five into twenty five millimetre )mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of “L” shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for exterior plastering including making groove or drip course, arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four sand) upto floor all levels complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work of Tata / Sail /JSPL/JSW/SHYAM riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, , GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment for horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg (one point ten kilogram) per sqm. to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% (ninety percent) compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 (sixteen ) bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm.(point fifty millimetre) The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10(ten) years against any leakage.carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge and other incidentals.The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, mixing and applying 12 mm (twelve millimetre )average thickness of SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% (two percent ) by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Measurement and payment: The pre measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm(seventy five millimetre) size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqm).including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm (one point twenty five litre per ten square metre )over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm (point seventy five liter per ten square metre )including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (including priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of Nerolac/ Asian paint give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stopping including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honeycomb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% (two percentage )of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Electrical fitting charges(4000/-per room) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
