Providing and fixing flushing 38cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 1.00mm thick with zinc coating not less then 275gm/sqm.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimeter) over rall in plain with galvanised iron G.I Sheet fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with bitumen and G.I limpetand bitumen washer complete as per HPPWD Specification 1990 (One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety) volume-I including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and incidental charges and hoisting to all heights and levels of direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 0.63mm thick sheet.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brush in to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign maters including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)With enamel paint other than white.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 2mm thick in eaves board. Facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) Make TATA Durashine.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (i)Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material. Hard Roack blasting prohibited and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required).All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation the usefull stones as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Cement Mortar 1:6:12(1one cement: six sand: twelve graded stone agg.40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a)Cement Mortar 1:1:5:3(One cement:One point Five sand:Three graded stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty milimetre) nominal size).

Second class half brick masonary in common brunt clay building bricks in super-structure above plinth level upto floor two level using second class building bricks in cement mortar 1:4(One cement: Four sand) including carraige of material in all lead and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)Cement Mortar 1:6 (one Cement: six Sand).

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC single equal branch with oval access door, ISI marked insertion rubber washer 3 mm thick bolts and nuts complete including fixing with approved adhesive etc including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 110 mm dia.

Making of soak pit 2.5mm diameter 3.0 meter deep with 45x45cm dry brick honey comb shaft with brick and S.W. drain pipe 100mm diameter 1.8mm long complete as per standered design with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning & Disposal of sewear waste in perticular distance including carraige of material in all lead and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position collepsable steel shutters with vertical channel 20x20x20 mm with flat iron diogonals 20x5 mm size, with stop and bottem rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm dia steel pulleys complete with bolt , nuts, locking arrangement, stoppeer, hamdles including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
