Providing and laying Mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wires complete and other incidentals due for its completion, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 150mm (One hundred fifty miolimetre) dia M.S. (Mild steel) Hollow pipe embeded in cement concrete masonary work and filled with heay duty 18.40 kg (eighteen point four zero kilogram) in cemwent mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand), as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work composed of beams joists, channels, angles, tees, flats and connecting plates or angle cleats etcetera as in trusses and trussed purlins, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like in building including cutting fixing, lifting hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HP:PWD. Specifications as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing M,S.(mild steel) BP (Back plain) sheet 1.66mm (One point six six milimetres) to 2mm ( two milimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per approved design, drawing and specification, as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately), including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing prepainted steel sheet roofing over steel trusses providing and fixing Kotar metal or equivalent prepainted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm (zero point six zero milimeter) thick having 1060mm (one thousand sixty milimeter) cover width (overall width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six milimeter) 28mm (twenty eight milimeter) crest depth at 353 (three hundred fifty three) + (plus minus) 2mm (two milimeter) centre to centre crest distance there will be two ribs at the centre for stiffening having depth of 2.5mm (two point five milimeter), main crest width at top 25mm (twenty five milimeter) and at the lower 81mm (eighty one milimeter) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating top coat with regular modified polyster coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat with polyster paint, fixing of sheet shall be with self drilling and self tapping screws of size 5.5mm (five point five milimeter) dia 75.5mm (seventy five point five milimeter) length with EPDM seal. The material supply will be accompanied by test certificate and against corrosion/ fading colour and manufactured defects , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimeters) over all in plain with 0.63mm (Zero point six three milimetres) thick galvanised iron sheet fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm (eight milimetres) diameter with G.I. (Galvanised iron) limpet and bitumen washers complete as per HPPWD specification , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Painting steel work (Two or more coats) with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade applied at the rate of 0.90 litre/10sqm (zero decimal nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied at the rate of 0.80 litre/ 10sqm (zero decimal eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect, as per approved drawing, design, specifications, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Writing letters or figures on any surface with black japan paint (stops, comas, hyphens and paid separately) Indian (letters/figures) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing 12mm (Twelve milimetre) thick insulating Board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etcetera complete (frame work to be paid for separately), as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles 500x500mm (five hundred milimetre into five hundred milimetre) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero decimal zero eight percent) and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved brand and manufacture, in all colours and shade, in skriting risers of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) confirming to IS: 15477 in average 6mm (six milimetre) including grouting of joints (payment for grouting of jopints to be made separately), as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (600mmx600mm) (Six hundred milimetre into six hundred milimetre) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero decimal zero eight percent) and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all coliurs and shade, laid on 20mm (Twenty milimetre) thick , cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand) jointing with grey cement slurry at the rate of 3.3kg/sqm (three decimal three kilogram per square metre) in skriting risers of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) confirming to IS: 15477 in average 6mm (six milimetre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etcetera, , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
