Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (One Cement : Three coarse sand) : Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty milimetre) nominal size) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching) 22.5 cm thick at site. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% (Zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (Three point three kilograme / Per Square Metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete size tiles 600x600 mm. (Six hundred into six hundred milimetre) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 0.60mm ( Zero point sixty millimeter) thick pre-painted steel sheet of TATA / DURO SHINE in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 ( Twenty ) micron over 5 ( Five ) miocrons primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 ( Five ) microns over 5 ( Five) microns primer coating including fixing with pre-painted iron J opr L hooks, bolts and nuts , 6mm diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories. as per HP.PWD Specification . including carriage of materials ,within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm (Sixty centemetre) overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm (Zero point eighty milimetre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².(Two hundred seventy five gramme / Per Square Metre) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
