Providing and laying of 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, Sale tax, Good service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a smooth finish including centring, shuttering, strutting, propping and centring with wooden battens and ballies fo all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement :two sand : four graded/crushed stone aggregate) 20mm twenty millimetre) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs landing balconies beams girders bressumers and cantilever up to floor two level including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class half Brick masonary in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) in foundation and plinth upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing under layer of plinth protection of 75mm( seventy five millimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling and dressing and finishing the top smooth including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make ), trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint upto all floor level in all heights In beams,joists, channels,angles,tees,flats with connectinng plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack raftres, purlins connected to common rafters and the like works including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. Steel work welded in built up sections Anar Kali type cast iron jali including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guard bars, ladders, railing and similar work including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Mild steel BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2.00mm (One point six six to two millimetre) thick in eaves board, facia, soffits, ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per instruction of Engineer in Charge in all heights including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60 (zero Point six zero milimetre)mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing (Khaprail type) with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns(twenty microns) over(Five microns) primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns (Five microns) primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetre) dia with prepianted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesories as required and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimetre) overall with 0.60mm( Zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets TATA/JINDAL Make in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyesters(RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm (Six millimetre) dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washer complete with all accessories as required in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. Providing and laying Kota stone slab 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) thick in risers of steps skirting dado and pillars laid on 12mm (Twelve millimetre) ( average ) thick in cement mortar 1:3(One cement : three coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match of the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing and mirror finish complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals in pattern finish approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing Eversest fiber cement sheet ceiling fire resistant moisture resistant size 610x610x6mm (six hundred ten into six hundred ten into six millimetre) of approved quality with butt jointing and stainless screws(frame work and cover fillets to be measuredand paid for separately including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.
