Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.0 kilogram (zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square meter) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause –502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion (RS-1) distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg. (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme) per sqm on the prepared bitumen surfaces cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm(Twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm (thirteen point two millimetre ) to 5.6mm ( five point six millimetre) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with VG-30(VG-thirty) bitumen at the rate of 14.6kg. ( fourteen point six kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN(eighty by hundred kilo newton) static capacity road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per MORD technical specification clause 506 mechanical means including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid of the specified levels grade and cross fall using type-B as per MORD technical specification clause 508 VG-30(VG-thirty) bitumen at the rate of 6.8 kg. ( six point eight kilogram) premix with 0.06cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 10 sqm. (per ten square metre ) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mechanically mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 kN ( eighty to hundred kilo newton ) capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lift and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
