Construction of RCC railing of M30 (thirty) grade in-situ with 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tollurence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred), centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm (two thousand millimetre), leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per MoRTH clause 2703 and section 1600, 1500 and 1700.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time excluding GST.

Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, (seventy milimeter) complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials as per MoRTH Section 1500, 1600, 1700 and clause 2704.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time excluding GST.

Providing and fixing 20mm (twenty milimeter) thick compressible Fibre Board in expansion joint complete as per drawing and Technical specifications between abutment and return including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per MoRTH clause 2604.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time excluding GST.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE, surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel / fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC :83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRT&H Specifications complete as per drawing and approved Technical Specifications all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time excluding GST.

Approaches: Construction of Embankement with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of tablle 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification clause 301.5 and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time excluding GST.

Excavation in earthwork in hilly area in all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery @ Rs. 300.00 per cubic metre for 56.72 cubic metre useful stones shall be made from the contractor on pro-rata basis in each running bill. Earth work in excavation for structures for bridge in all depths as per drawing and MoRTH technical specification clause 304 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material for grading-I spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in placse method with rotavator at OMC and compating with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification Clause 401 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug Mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel rollar 80 to 100kn (eighty to hundred kilo newton) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetra as per table 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification Clause 406 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) at the rate of 0.70 -1.00 kg (zero point seven zero - one point zero kilogram) per square metre on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with mechanical broom as per technical specification clause 502 including hauling of material with in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) at the rate of 0.20 -0.25 kg (zero point two zero - zero point two five kilogram) per square metre on granular surface treated with primer coat cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling by mechnical means surface dressing as wearing course consisting of a layer of bitumen emulsion (RS-1) at the rate of 1.50 (one point five zero ) kilograme emulsion per square metre laid on the prepared surface, followed by a cover of crushed stone chippings of 13.2mm (thirteen point two millimetre ) specified size and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty-hundred kilo newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades and hauling of material with in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and Laying bituminous concrete 30mm ( thirty millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 (ten) @ 5.50% (at the rate of five point five zero per cent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (two percentage) (percentage by weight of aggregatre) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (Hundred - one hundred twenty) TPH capacity by using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required garde, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete in all respect including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time excluding GST.
