Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm(forty millimeter) nominal size) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter)nominal size) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 ( M-Twenty five) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum ( Three hundred thirty per Kilograme cubic meter ). Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) All works upto plinth level with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels Note:- Excess/less cement over the specified cement content used is payable /recoverable separately. Providing M-40(M-forty ) grade concrete instead of M- 25(M-twety five) grade BMC/ RMC.(Note : Cement content considered in M-40(M-forty) is @ 360 kg/ cum ( Three hundred sixty Kilograme per cubic meter) at the rate three hundred sixty kilogram per cubic meter)) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five)in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete. with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanised ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm(ten millimeter) dia double threaded 6.8(six point eight) grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm (ten millimeter)dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in charge. 10 x 60 mm(ten into sixty millimeter) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm(forty millimeter) dia M.S. tube 1.5 m(one point five meter) centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 m(fifty meter) lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 one ratio three ratio six) or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m(fifty meter) lead including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m (fifty meter) lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50m(fifty meter) lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm(ten millimeter) to 25 mm(twenty five millimeter) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m(fifty meter) lead.including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m(fifty meter) lead.including carriage of materialwith in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecting 2.00m(two metre) high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50m x 2.00m(two point fifty into two meter) made of 40x40x6mm(forty into forty into six millimeter) angle iron or 50x50x3mm(fifty into fifty into three millimeter) hollow MS tube posts / horizontal members / bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm(fift centimeter) above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m.(two point five meter) MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m,(at the rate five point seventy killograme per meter) 50cm(fifty centimeter) long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm(fifty into twenty five millimeter) at both ends with 50cm(fifty centimeter) long MS angle 40x40x6mm(forty into forty into six millimeter) bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm(two hundred fifty millimeter) long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineerin- Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling suitable holes reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm(hundred millimeter) upto 200mm(two hundred millimeter) in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Upto and including 12mm dia. For depth above 200mm to 300mm.(three hundred millimeter) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 3mm (three millimeter)dia (Gauge 10 ) stainless steel wire fabric mesh of grade SS304 with spacing 25 mm x 25mm(twenty five into twenty five millimeter) in longitudenal and transverse direction to be fixed and firmly anchored to the surface of Brick masonry, stone masonry or concrete by means of stainless steel shear key or bolts including the cost os labour, tool and plants etc. complete as required for fixing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Drilling of holes and shear key or bolt shall be paid seperately.) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing of rebars using hilti Hy 200(two hundred) chemical. Fixing of rebar dia 10 mm,(ten millimeter) depth 100 mm(hundred millimeter) with hilti Hy 200(two hundred) chemical including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Making plinth protection of local stone (20mm(twenty millimeter) thick) embeded in 50mm(fifty millimeter) thick of cement concreten1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimeter) nominal size) over 75mm(seventy five millimeter) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm(forty millimeter) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles over 12 mm(twelve millimeter) thick bed of cement Mortar (1:3)(one ratio three) with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm(at the rate three point three kiligrame per squaremeter)) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm(forty millimeter) thick with 20 mm(twenty millimeter) nominal size stone aggregate including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors. 40 mm(forty millimeter) wide and 4 mm(four millimeter) thick including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(three hundred into three hundred millimeter) or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm(twenty millimeter)thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (at the rate three point three kilogram per square meter) perincluding pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.including carriage of materia with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. incidentals.Fixed to steel windows by welding including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 20 mm(twenty millimeter) cement plaster including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 12 mm(twelve millimeter) cement plaster including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre,(fifty grames per litre) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification. Two or more coats on new work including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more work applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) (at the rate three point twenty eight litre per ten square mietr)over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm(at the rate two point twenty kilogram per ten square mietr) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm(twelve millimetre) to 20 mm(twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:(a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm(two point seventy five kilogram per square metre) of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm(three hundred millimetre) height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b)Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm(twenty five millimetre) to 115 mm(one hundred fifteen millimeter) size with 50%(fifty percent) of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm(three hundred millimeter) height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.(c)After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm(two point seventy five kilogram per square miter) of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer- in-charge.(d)Finishing the surface with 20 mm(twenty millimeter) thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer- in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm(three hundred into three hundred millimeter) square 3 mm(three millimeter) deep(e)The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in- Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm(sixty millimeter) thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm(twenty millimeter) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm(twenty five millimeter) thickwith in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
