Providing and laying cement concrete1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres ) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M- twenty) design mix to obtain the compressive strength of 20N/mm2 (twenty newton per square millimeter) cement contents not less than 320 kg (Three hundred twenty kilogram) per cubic meter, mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves their supports balconies, beams, girder, bressumers and cantilevers etc; within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding, straighting, cutting and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires complete and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including rakcking out joints with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six sand) and curing complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing, in position concealed wall frame section for external wall cladding using 2nd teak wood planks of thickenss 20mm (twenty millimetre) and size 150mm x 300mm (one hundred fifty into three hundred millimetre) with 25mm (twenty five millimetre) overlap screw fixed on 0.55 mm (zero decimal fifty five millimetre) thick stud section having web of 51mm (fifty one millimetre) and two flanges of 40/42mm (forty / forty two millimetre) placed at 610mm (six hundred ten millimetre ) c/c vertically in track having two equal flange of 32mm (thity two millimetre) with thickness of 0.55mm (zero decimal fifty five millimetre) and web 51mm (fifty one millimetre). Track is fixed on existing floor and ceiling with nylon sleeves and fully threaded steel screws @ 610mm, c/c plank fixed to the Everest stud with 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) self drilling, self taping, counter sunk screws @ 200mm (two hundred millimetre) c/c, planks are overlappped by 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing stainless steel knock down railing of KICH AISI Grade 316 OF 38mm (Thirty eight millimetres) diametres hand rail fixed on 10x50mm (Ten into Fifty millimetres) SS flats baluster (Design code DT 53-2-163) placed at 1200mm (One thousand two hundred millimetres) centre to centre along with 3 (Three) numbers at the rate of 16mm (Sixteen millimetres) mid rails connected at the side of balustered with fixture. The balustered would be fixed on the floor with casted based plate of minimum 6mm (Six millimetres) thickness. Base plates shall be consealed with suitable S.S.316 GRADE cover cap. Railing height to be taken at the rate of 85cm (Eighty five centimetres) from floor level. within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing polycarbonatd tranparent sheet 1.20mm (one hundred twenty millimetre) thick in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. Limpet and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Fixing 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick both side prelaminated water proof particle board in Matt Finish of Action Tesa / Kitlam /Greenlam / Merinolam/ Vista as per approved shade within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimetres) over all with 0.60cm (Zero decimal Sixty centimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet ISI marked - Z 120 of approved make in ridges (Factory made) shall be having proper Gola/Shape of steel sheet Tata/ Sakti or equivalent with hot dipped metallic Zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating of back coat of polyester of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimetres) diametres with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required within all leads, lifts of materials and other. incidentals. as per approved architectural drawing, design and specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing on wall face 100mm (One hundred milimetres) diametres P.V.C. rain water pipes of water pressure 4/6kg (four / six kilogramme) as per ISI finolex / Ralpipe / vectos or its equivalent pipe confirming to IS code 13592 for rain water pipe fixed with approved adhesive including filling the joints complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixig glazing with glass panes of 6mm (Six milimertres) thickness of Modiguard / Sant gobind (weight not less than 13.75 kg/sqm (Thirteen decimal Seventy five kilograme per square metres) glazing in aluminium door, windows, ventilators\ shutter and partition etcetra; with PVC/Neoprens gasket etcetra; complete as per the architectural drawings, specification and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid separately) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles 300x300mmx10mm (three hundred into three hundrd into ten millimetre) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm (twenty millimetre into twenty millimetre into four millimetre) in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg (two decimal five kilogramme) per sqm and grouting of the same within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
