Dismantling tile work in floors and walls laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50mtr lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm (Ten millimetre to twenty five millimetre) complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel reinforcement TATA TISCO/SAIL for reinforced cement concrete work including strengthening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete and binding all complete avobe plinth level TMT bar grade Fe-500 including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per specification for retrofit item as per SBD and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six coarse sand isto twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Door Fixing Chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15x10x10cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three coarse sand isto six graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of Chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Windows Fixing Chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for hold fasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15x10x10cm (Fifteen into ten into ten millimetre) with cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three coarse sand isto six graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of Chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm (Forty millimatre) dia M.S.tube 1.5m (One point five metre) center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power-driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50mm average thickness all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

12mm (Twelve milimetre) Drilling suitable holes for dowel bar in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars including fixing the steel/dowel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make including the cost of steel, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Shotcreting on masonry walls, R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineerin- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 75mm (Seventy five millimetre) thick in Grade M 30 with cement content not less than 340 kg per cum complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and inserting 12mm (Twelve millimetre) dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Anti-corrosive-Treatment: Clean the existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush making the surface free from loose material dirt etc. complete. Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (confirming to ASTM B 117 or equivalent) on the rebars. Then applying IPNET RB on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush. (Mode of measurement - per sqm of breaking area of concrete) complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Bond-Coat Providing and applying a bonding coat of 1.5 Cement : 1 Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent construction chemical to the existing dismantled/ cleaned surface, complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Epoxy pressure grouting: inside voids should be treated and sealed with impermeable non-shrinkage low viscous epoxy grouting materials (which are threatening the structural integrity or water tightness with mix density of 1.05 Kg/liter and Compressive strength (ASTM C579) of 70 MPa at 7 Days) and then it should be levelled with polymer mortar concrete (PMC). (pressure gauge shall be provided to show delivery pressure of grouting material - vary from 4 kg/cm2 to 6 kg/cm2 depending upon site condition, Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and injecting into Cracks/Honey Comb approved epoxy base grouting material as per instructions and specifications of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. as per Specifications Acceptable product make :Pidilite/ CICO/CIBA/FOSROC/Fairmate or equivalent Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Strengthening structural elements with non-metallic composite fiber wrapping system comprise of unidirectional glass fiber sheet (900 GSM) and compatible saturant, by wet layup system including, Surface preparation: Grinding/ moulding concrete substrate, cleaning it with wire brush removing oil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25 mm radius etc. complete.Profiling: Applying compatible primer on prepared substrate, Filling the holes and uneven surface with thixotropic putty etc. complete. Wrapping: Wrapping the fiber sheet to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc. repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with the interval of 8 hrs. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6mm (Six millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement isto three fine sand). complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-inCharge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm (Twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) (Three point eight four kilogramme per ten square metre) complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green.Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5mm (One point five millimetre) thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30cm (Thirty centimatre) on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing gola 75x75mm (Seventy five into seventy five millimetre) in cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto two coarse sand isto four stone aggregate 10mm (Ten millimetre) and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto three fine sand) as per standard design In 75x75mm (Seventy five into seventy five millimetre) deep chase complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with apex weather proof exterior emulsion of Asian / Dulux / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paints of approved shade having VOC less than 50 gm/litre (Fifty gram per litre) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm (One point forty three litre per ten square metre) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm (Zero point ninety litre per ten square metre) upto all floor level complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing & finishing surface with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of surface, etc. complete as per approved brand (Burger, Shalimar, Asian paints, ICI Nerolac) complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing corrugated 0.63mm (Zero point six three millimetre) thick C.G.I sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J.or L. hooks bolts and nuts 8mm (Eight millimetre) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins refters and trusses complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
