Dismantling cement asbestos celotax/hard board in ceiling or partition wall including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within any lead (Frame work such as joists, beams to be measured and paid for separately) as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depth of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs, landings balconies and access platform including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 15mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick Aphony febrette and aphony gloss in combination per ceiling pattren with colours of apporved shade of size 595x5/600x600mm (Five hundred ninety five into five/Six hundred into Six hundred millimetre) Dennune acoustical/Himalyan Acoustical to be installed on G.I stud 2400x50mm (Two thousand four hundred into Fifty millimetre) web flanges 1585mm (One thousnad five hundred eighty five millimetre) fully knured with the backing of 50mm (Fifty milimetre) thick absorb wool/insulation of Himalayan acoustic anakon ecophone complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
