Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (Zero point seventy - one square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom With rapid setting bitumen emulsion. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum (One point eight) and 0.90 cum (Zero point ninety cubic metre) of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (Thirteen point two milimetre) size and 11.2 mm (Eleven point two milimetre) size respectively per 100 sqm (One hundred square) and 52 kg (Fifty two kilogramme) and 56 kg (Fifty six kilograme) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (Thirteen point two milimetre) size and 11.2 mm (Eleven point two milimetre) size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne (Six to nine milimetre) capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately). With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 (VG-thirty) with no solvent. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
