Providing fixing thermal insulation of ceiling (under deck insulation) with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS : 8183, density 24kg / m3(twenty four kilogram per cubic metre), 50mm(fifty millimetre) thick, wrapped in 200(two hundred) G Virgin Polythene bags, fixed to ceiling with metallic cleats (50x50x3 mm(fifty into fifty into three millimetre) @ 60 cm(centimetre) and wire mesh of 12.5 mm(twelve point five millimetre) x 24(twenty four) gauge wire mesh, for top most ceiling of building as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing at all height wall panelling with ecotone perforated wall panels 16mm (sixteen millimetre) thick, having hole dia 16mm (sixteen millimetre) NRC valve 0.85(zero point) of panels 600mmx 2420mm (six hundred millimetre into two thousand four hundred twenty millimetre) conforming to IS: 13958-1994 including providing and fixing to frame work made of hardwood plugs including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar and making good the wall etc and also providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of triangular shape to the junction of panelling etc with iron screw s all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all hights with Wooden Acoustic False Ceiling tiles of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85%(eighty five percent) (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%(one hundred percent) thermal conductivity 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991,in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm(zero point thirty three millimetre) thick (galvanized @ 120(one hundred twenty) grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm(twenty four into thirty eight millimetre) of length 3000 mm(three thousand millimetre), cross - T of size 24x32 mm (twenty four into thirty two millimetre) of length 1200 mm(one thousand two hundred millimetre) and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm(twenty four into thirty two millimetre) of length 600mm(six hundred millimetre) to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm(six hundred into six hundred millimetre), suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80(eighty) grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm (fifty millimetre)long, 8 mm(eighty millimetre) outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm(six millimetre) dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x25x2 mm(eighty five into twenty five into twenty five into two millimetre). Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm(twenty four into twenty four into zero point forty millimetre) of length 3000 mm(three thousand millimetre) to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm (four hundred fifty millimetre)center to center and 40 mm(forty millimetre) long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing at all height wall panelling with WPVC wall panels of wenge colour size of panels 9.5ft(nine point five feet) x 6(six) inches 23mm(twenty three millimetre) thick conforming to IS:13958-1994 including providing and fixing to frame work made of 50mm x 50mm (fifty millimetre into fifty millimetre) hardwood plugs including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar and making good the wall etc. and also providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of triangular shape to the junction of panelling etc. with iron screws all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and fixing at Roller blinds of pepperfry or equavalent bnarned chic corded 84x60(eighty four into sixty) inches of superior quality cloth as per approved sample having goo quality of cloth with design and shade as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and fixing canvas wall 1(one) paintings including frame along ith front glass of size 48x36(forty eight into thirty six) inches as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing fenesta made UPVC window pristing white with 65mm (sixty five millimetre) sash Espag and white handle with frame 65mm(sixty five millimetre) with DG lam glass (11.52 CLT+12 ARGON+5CLT) and of approved quality all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing fenesta made UPVC door pristine white with 65mm(sixty five millimetre) sash Espag and white handle with frae 65mm (sixty five millimetre) with DG lam glass (6mm(six millimetre)+1.52PVB+5MM) and of approved quality all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
