Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,Breast walls,culverts,drain and parapets etcetra. in all types of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil ,ordinary rock and hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD 2014 Technical specifications Clause 305, 1101.4, 1603.4 section 300 & 1600 and as per direction of Engineer in Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of material up to any lead and upto any lift, including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material to the orignal surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred (fifty milimeters) compected thickness including sorting and sturting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth or any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including of carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Back filling with granular material behind retaning walls, abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. 2014 specification Clause 305.3.9 & 302.3.6 section 300 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base(Grade-1) by providing well graded materials,spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63 mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five milimeter ) grading-II, 75mm (Seventyfive millimeter) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,using template hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred)static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimeter) niminal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two cubic meter) and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero point zero six cubic meter) per 10 square meter (Ten) and to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. 2014 technical specifications clause 405 by mechanical means and as per entire satisfaction or directions by Engineer in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other materials.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53 mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimeter totwenty two point four milimeter ) grading-III, 75mm (Seventy five millimeter) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,using template hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimeter) niminal size at the rate of 0.18 cum (zero point one eight cubic meter) per 10 square meter (Ten) and to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. 2014 technical specifications clause 405 by mechanical means and as per entire satisfaction or directions by Engineer in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer @ of 0.70-1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. 2014 technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause 503 including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) at the rate of not less than 5.5% (five point five percent of mix weight or as per design mix with nano technology (Zycotherm) at the rate 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) weight of bitumen, using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% (two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor conrol to the required grade, level and alignment, over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down rollng and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa (Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eighty) tonne sommth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MoRTH technical specification section 500 complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain panelled cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement and any other type as per MORD Technnical Specification Section 1500. M30 (M-thirty) Grade, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 (fourteen) days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 1500 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2.
