Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225kgs (zero decimal two two five kilogramm) per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification clause 503, as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five milimetres) compacted thick bituminous concrete with minimum 40-60 TPH (Forty-sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch/ drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2mm (thirteen decimal two milimetres) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity grade thirty) at the rate of 5.5% (five point five percent) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10(eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve – fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56MP’a (zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509, as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five milimetres) thick with reflectorising glass beads at the rate of 250gms (two hundred fifty gram) per square metre area, thickness of 2.5mm (two point five milimetres) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per specification and with strips of 0.10 (zero decimal one zero) metre width in centre lineand edge line of the road as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing ordinary Kilometer Stone (precast) made of reinforcement concrete Grade M-15 (M- fifteen) as per the approved standard design, drawing, sign and size arrangement of letters including painting and lettering as per IRC-8 (eight) and IRC-26 (twenty six) complete as per MORD technical specification clause 1703, and fixing at site complete, as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing maintenance board as per MORD specifications and drawing, MS plates of 1.6mm (One Point six milimetre) thick, 900mmx1500mm (Nine hundred milimetre into one thousand five hundred milimetre) welded over 6mm (Six milimetre) thick steel plates, 2 No. (Two Number) 75mm x 75mm (Seventy five milimetre into seventy five milimetre) of 12 SWG (Twelve SWG) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) blocks of 450x450x600mm (Four hundred fifty milimetre into four hundred fifty milimetre into six hundred milimetre) 600mm (Six hundred milimetre) below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides., Lettering and printing arrow, border etectra will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1, as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and fixing pavement marker (Cat-eyes) made out of ABS 3M (Three M ) plastic of size 128x110x29.50mm (One hundred twenty eight into one hundred ten into twenty nine decimal five zero milimetre) without nail having 50mm (fifty milimetre) stem of ABS The pavement marker shall be installed with suitable epoxy ABS, as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of un-reinforced, (without dowels) plain cement concrete pavement M-30 (M-thirty) (Grade) as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade (forty three) cement or any other equivalent as per clause 1501.2.2 conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, (Twenty five millimetres) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum (Zero point two cubic metres) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick (One hundred twenty five micron )polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovel, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars of appropriate dia near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slab for fourteen days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1501, including curing complete, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
