Earthwork in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/machanical means including saturatedsoil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock chiseling,wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermidiate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines, grades, width, cutting and triming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD Technical specification clause 302,1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired road width and trasportation of un- useful materials for filling in roadways camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or machanical means alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other insidentals.Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall the absolute responsibility of the cotrector which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases . the rate includes octori, royalaty , malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the govt. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 ( one cement is to five sand is to ten graded /crushed stone aggregate 40 millimeter (forty millimeter) nominal size with 15% (fifteen percent) stone plums in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures and the like drain etcetera including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering upto all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and H.P.P.W.D.. specification as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including royalty, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
