Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° (Fifteen degree) landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (One cement : One point five coarse sand) : Three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size). including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in (Seven point five ) foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six coarse sand) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, (One milimetre) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture(Two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to given an even shade over and including primer coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. including carriage of materials ,within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Saal wood. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second class teak wood 35 mm (thirty five milimetre) thick shutters including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
