Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.- With Rapid setting bitumen emulsion -On water bound macadam/wet mix macadam @ 0.4kg/sqm (Zero point four kilogramme per square metre) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 (VISCOSITY GRADE-THIRTY) @ 5.5% (Five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (Two percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler prepared in batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (Hundred two One hundred twenty) TPH capacity, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
