Providing and fixing 17 mm ( Seventeen millimetre) thick WPC wood-plastic composite, ceiling/Panelling including Clips and all accessories with G.I./Wood Frame work including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and fixing 3mm ( three millimetre) thick PVC antistatic venyl Flooring plain or coloured, carbed or mosaic/metalled finish laid with approved adhseive on sub-floor (damp proofing treatment to be paid for separately) complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 8 mm (Eight millimetre) thick toughened glass glazing in doors, windows, ventilators shutters and partitions etcetera with angle etcetera PVC/neoprene gasket etcetera complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer-In-Charge (cost of glazing, snap beading shall be paid in basic item) including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge With 2nd (Second) class teak wood beading 62X19mm (Sixty two into nineteen millimetre) to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm (One point four millimetre) in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm (Zero point six three millimetre) all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royalty, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated both sided particleboard with decorative lamination on both sides, Grade I, Type II, IS:12823 marked panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured) using 12 mm (Twelve millimetre) thick prelaminated board both side.
