Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) on the Granular surface Treated with Primer and Cleanded with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm. (point two five to point three zero kilogram) per square metre using mechanic al means as per technical specifications clause No.503 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded Mix Seal Surfacing surfacing material of 25 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 min (Type-A) @ 0.338m3/per ten square meter aggregates using penetration grade bitumen @ i.e binders content (@ 27.50kg/10 sqm or 5.11% by weight and minimum density of MSS should be 2.10 gm/cc to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509 including all leads, Lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire saisfication of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm(fifty milimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab using paving grade bitumen VG-30 meeting the requirements given in table 500 39 including roughening of surface with wire brush, cleaning the surface, applying a thin bituminous tack coat of VG-30 grade bitumen @ 0.325 kilograme per square metre. After applying tack coat fixing chiken mess reinforcement of 1.50 mm(one point five millimetre)steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular openings of 20-25 mm before pouring mastic asphalt prepared using mastic cooker for heating coarse aggregate, filler and bitumen as per clause 516 of MORTH specifications, laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with a layer of hard stone aggregate 13.2mm (thirteen point two milimetre) of 9.50 mm(Nine point five millimetre) nominal size as per direction of the Engineer - in-charge precoated with VG-30 grade bitumen applied at the rate of 0.005cum(Zero point zero zero five cubic metre) per ten(ten) square metre and rolled or pressed in to surface at approximate spacing of 10 cm(Ten centimetre) centre to centre in both direction, when the temperature of surface is not less then 100 degree centigradeprotruding 1mm to 4mm(one millimetre to four millimetre) over mastic surface complete in all respect as per specifications including carriage of material with all leads and lift and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
