Lecture theater desk and bench system(1800 L) for lecture halls, Integrated in design, the seat and back having ergonomics to have maximum comfort. a) Frame: i. Desk frame shall have vertical members of 65x25mm rectangular MS tube of 1.5mm thickness supported by curve shape 25mm round pipe 1.mm thick, joined at top with 50x25 mm M.S. Tube 1.2mm thick and at bottom with foot rest of 38mm square MS pipe of 1.2mm thickness. One additional similar support without 25 mm round M.S. pipe shall be provided at centre. Vertical frames to be joined with two number 25 mm square tube 1.0 mm thick at top, two number 38 mm square tube 1.2 mm thick at bottom and additional one number of similar tube at front. Additional end supports of 25 mm M.S. square tube 1.0mm thick at ends and central bracket of similar material to support book shelf shall be provided. ii. Bench shall have 3 number vertical frames having vertical and top members of 50x25mm rectangular MS tube of 1.2 mm thickness and foot rest of 38mm square tube 1.2 mm thick, Vertical frames to be joined with tow number 25 mm square tube 1.0mm thick at top and two number 38 mm square tube 1.2 mm thick at bottom. b) Desk top, book shelf and bench seat: 22mm (+5%) thick finger jointed hardwood (Heveabrasiliensis) termite free board of approved quality and having density of 700-750 kg/cubic meter having rounded smooth edges shall be provided at following locations: i. Desk top: 390 mm wide full length.ii) Book shelf: 280 mm wide full length.iii) Bench seat: 350 mm wide full length. iv. Modesty panel: Two number boards of with 300 and 125 mm on front and sides. c) Finish: i. Desk top: PU Finish of superior quality.ii) Book shelf, modesty panel and bench seat: Lacquer finish of approved quality. iii. All steel work: Epoxy powder coating with a dry film thickness of 40 microns (+/-10 microns). d) Fixing, welding and jointing: i. Welding shall be as per relevant IS Code. ii. Size, spacing of nuts and bolts shall be as per approved shop drawing to be submitted by agency. iii. Desk and bench shall be joined together with nuts and bolts as per approved shop drawing. iv. Desk and benches shall be fixed to floor with 70mm metal studs of approved make, 50mm grouted to floor with approved grout complete as approved shop drawing.

LECTURE STAND Made of 18mm medium density fiber/partical pre-laminated board having one Shelf and sloped top. The exposed edges of board provided with machine pressed 0.8 mm thick PVC edge bands glued with hot melt EVA glue, complete unit duly polished in melamine finish.

CHAIR WITH SIDE PLANK Made of 18 gauge round pipe of dia 25mm with PU cushioned arm rest having seat and back made of 12mm thick steam pressed molded ply with 32 density cushion on seat and 23 density cushion on back duly covered with best quality upholstery cloth. The chair legs are provided with heavy duty PVC buffers .The chair provided with writing board of 18mm pre-laminated medium density fiber board round edge & the exposes edges of board sealed with PVC edge bands glued with hot melt EVA glue and writing board fitted with axle rotator for upright and down movement. The complete frame duly popainted with mat finish synthetic enamelfinished in walnut wooden shade.
