Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

20mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/cocrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises ,internal rounded angles,chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth .Cement Mortar 1:4 (1cement:4Sand) complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Apply cement slurry on RCC slab or cement work complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work: including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint: In grattings, framed guards, bars ladders railings brackets and similar works. with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete 16002010 with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead ,Red -oxide/zinc oxide chrome complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat ) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foregin matter complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying, jointing and testing API pipe 5L grade X 70 pipe of following internal dia of 4.80mm wall thickness butt welded joints by considering three layers including cost of bends complete as per API pipe conforming to is/ ISO: 3183 2019 of following grade & wall thicknesses as per dimensions, weights and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4 to 7 meters including cost of flanges, tees The welding of joints for flanges steel with electrodes as per relevants codes including required number & size of nuts and bolts & metal gasket not less than 3mm thickness as per relevants codes. The welding of joints to be done on both faces in two layers to make 1 the joints leak proof and to entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipe should be conformed to IS: 5822-1994. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of ISI marked sluice valves conforming to IS 14846 latest with upto date amendments of Kirloskar / Gled/ Leader /KSB /VAG make nominal pressure PN 1.6 The valve should be of rising stem type supplied without hand wheels but with caps . the materials for different Table 1 of 15 IS 14646 The valves shall be installed at existing water lines bt cutting existing lines welding suitable size making flanges and spool / tail pipes etc. as per conditions in all respects as site conditions in all respects as per ditections by Engineer -in Charge.

Providing/Laying 80mm nominal bore in trenches galvanized mild steel tubes (Medium grade) tube fittings (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in foundation , trenches etc., in earth work in all kind of soil , lift upto 1.50 Meters staching the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to pllnth s sides of, foundation etc, consolldating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Wire crate of GI wire filled with boulder with square cut faces against wire (boulder filling to be measureed and paid for seperatly ) 5mm thick 15X15 cm mesh i/c all leads and lifts complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge .G.I wire 5mm thickl corrosponding to SWG-6 complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry / polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth laid dry ,well bonded ,faced with selected stones and built with bond or through stones evenly placed at the rate of two per square meter complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing C.I. double acting air valve of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete (The tail pieces, tapers etc if required will be paid separately) :complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing lead caulked joint to spun iron C.I pipes and fitting including testing of the joint but excluding the cost of lead . Including all leads and lifts complete in all resoect as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.
