SITE DEVELOPEMENT & MISC. EARTH WORKS Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS Concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H, drawn through and including heavy duty PVC conduit of appropriate dia (2mm wall thickness) and conduit accessories ISI marked, PVC junction boxes etc, concealed in walls/ceiling/floors including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H as earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly for the following :-

One light/fan point (Ceiling/ Wall/ Exhaust) controlled by one number one way switch or one number one way switch and regulator

One 5/6 Amps socket outlet on independent board

One 5/6 Amps socket outlet on the same board with other switches

Concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, for 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H, drawn through and including heavy duty PVC conduit of appropriate dia (2mm wall thickness) and conduit accessories ISI marked, PVC junction boxes etc, concealed in walls/ceiling/floors including 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H as earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly. Notes for item Nos. 13 to 14 : (a) Modular metal flush boxes, modular cover plates with frame and switches/sockets etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A'/BOQ here-in-after. (b) Cost of cutting/chases for concealing of conduit shall be deemed to be included in quoted lump sum of Sch 'A' Section-I.

Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep made of sturdy Engineering metal body, heavy duty, Single phase AC 230/240V, with energy efficient motor, pre lubricated double ball bearing, speed 900 rpm complete with louvers for wall mounting incl providing & grouting holding down bolts, nuts, washers and provision of flexible copper conductor cable 3 core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan incl complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of making hole of required size for fixing of the exhaust fan , shall be deemed to be included in quoted lump sum of Sch 'A' Section-I.

PROTECTIVE WORKS PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed 110mm bore, in single length (without joints), laid in weep holes in stone masonry complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS Cutting of existing rising main MS heavy duty pipe of size 150mm dia in position for tapping & insertion of Tee and making branch connection of size 150mm dia for 100000 GLN SWT from existing MS rising main of size 150mm dia including jointing all necessary fittings Tee (150x150x150), flange heavy duty with nut bolt washer & rubber/fiber gasket of 3mm thickness complete all as specified & directed Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work is included in this item. (ii)Titan joint /and lead joint required on site will be included in this item and nothing will be paid extra on these account.

MS ERW steel flanged pipe of size 150mm dia conforming to IS-3589 (1981,) wall thickness of pipe 5.0mm, laid in trench in hard/dense soil under road, culvert etc including all necessary fittings such as Tee, Bend, Nipple, heavy duty flanged etc including nut bolt washer, rubber/fiber gasket of 3mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 23.00 above but 100 mm dia.

MS ERW steel flanged pipe of size 80mm dia conforming to IS-3589 (1981,) wall thickness of pipe 4.4 mm, laid in trench in hard/dense soil under road, culvert etc including all necessary fittings such as Tee, Bend, Nipple, heavy duty flanged etc including nut bolt washer, rubber/fiber gasket of 3mm thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl item No 23, 24 & 25 :- (a) Welding works i.e flanged to be welded in plain end of pipe etc is inclusive in the quoted unit rate and nothing will be paid extra on this account. (b) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Cast iron Air Release Valve with 2 air outlet 50mm dia bore, ISI marked & fixing up in GI water supply mains 80mm bore, including joints and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber/fibe gaskets complete all as specified & directed.

Cast iron Air Release Valve with 2 air outlet 50mm dia bore, ISI marked & fixing up in GI water supply mains 100mm bore, including joints and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber/fibe gaskets complete all as specified & directed.

Single core FRLS multi-starnded PVC unsheathed 1100 Volt grade single core copper conductor cable of size 10 sqmm drawn through PVC flexible conduit from motor starter panel to motor complete all specified and directed.

Supply/Laying / fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning, LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed cable heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipes/fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-. Note:- (a) Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning & cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule. (b) Cable shall be tested in the presence of Engr-in Charge after laying in the trench before returning filling in the trench.

4 Core 50 Sqmm

Dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI Marked IS-5820 (Latest Edition), class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, tesing and commissioning multi-stage pump suitable for discharge 34 CUM/Hr at 120M Head and suction head 6mtr for lifting & boosting of treated water for nominal speed 1500 RPM (with casing made of CI , impeller & neckring (SS304), shaft sleeves & shaft made of SS 410, soft gland packing, directly coupled with suitable electric driven Motor, TEFC, sq cage, 50 Hz + 5%, 415 V + 10%, conforming to IE3, BEE Star rated as per IS-12615 : 2018 conforming to IP 55 degree of protection, F class insulation. Both pump and moto mounted on and including a common mild steel base frame. It shall be placed on PCC / RCC foundation as specified by OEM including form work etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, specified and directed. Note:- (a) Rate of foundation, Base frame and fiing charge of suction/delivery pipe upto common header required length and dia incl. reducers of required size and dia connecting and making a common header of both pumps included in the quoted rate. (b) Suction and delivery, as per specification of pump, required legnth with fittings will be paidseparately. (c) Commissioning of complete pump set shall be done by rep by OEM. .

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified) motor starter Electric Panel Board double door, indoor type fabricated out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer body and 2.00mm thick CRCA Sheet for inner partition walls, independent cabinet with cabinet doors for Change Over Switch, MCCBs, Bus Bars, cable Alley, metering equipment, vertical type, floor mounted on angle iron frame of ISA 50x50x5mm with minimum height of legs 60cm, minimum IP-54 protection, comprising of solid copper bus bar 4 strips suitable of 250Amps, embeded in PCC complete with internal wiring, epoxy powder coated and connection of cable ends with suitable size aluminium cable lugs with the following accessories :- (a) INCOMING (i) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volt, 36 KA - 01 No (ii) Onload change over switch 04 poles 415V, 100A - 01 No (b) OUTGOING (i) MCCB 63 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volt, 25 KA - 02 No (ii) MCB 32 Amps, 2 Pole, 240 Volt, 10 KA - 01 No (iii) Digital volt meter with CT - 01 No (iv) Digital ammeter with CT -01 No (v) Selector Switch for Amp/Volt Meter - 02 No (vii) Phase indicator lamp (RYB) set of three - 01 No (viii) Protection for phase sequance-01 No (ix) Single phase preventor- 01 No (x) Star delta starter suitable for motor as per Item No. 24 - 02 No Note :- The drawing of panel board shall be approved by GE before fabrication of LT Panel.

Cutting of existing distribution main GI pipe 100mm dia & insertion of Tee and making branch connection of size 100x100x100mm for jointing & connecting of 100mm delivery line from 100000 gln pump house to 30000 gln tank to KVR including necessary fittings Tee (100x100x100), flange heavy duty with nust, bolts, washers & rubber/fiber gasket of 3mm thick complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work is included in this item. (ii) Titan joint and/ lead joint required on site will be included in this item and nothing will be paid extra on these account.

Cutting of existing distribution main GI pipe 100mm dia & insertion of New Tee 100x100x80mm and making branch connection of size 100x100x80mm for jointing & connecting of distribution main 80mm from 30000 gln RCC tank KVR to with existing distribution main 72000 gln PS tank to JCO Mess & Poonch line including necessary fittings Tee (100x100x80), flange heavy duty with nuts, bols, washers & rubber/fibre gasket 3mm thick complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work is included in this item. (ii) Titan joint and/ lead joint required on site will be included in this item and nothing will be paid extra on these account.

Cutting of existing distribution main GI pipe 100mm dia for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work is included in this item.

Cutting of existing CI pipe (spring water) of size 150mm dia & insertion of Tee and making branch connection of size 100mm dia for 100000 gln SWT & 10 lakh gln RCC tank from existing CI pipe of size 150mm dia including all necessary fittings Tee (150x150x100), flange heavy duty with nuts, bolts, washers & rubber/fiber gasket of 3mm thick complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work is included in this item. (ii) Titan joint and/ lead joint required on site will be included in this item and nothing will be paid extra on these account.

Cutting & taking out of existing GI distribution pipe of size 80mm dia carefully enroute of proposed site of 100000 gln SWT and rerouting / relaying, jointing testing of the same in new route as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge all as specified incl all necessary fittings such as socket, nipple, bend, elbow, union, flange, nut, bolt, washer and rubber/ fiber gasket etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid seperately.

Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No. 8 SWG) by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (medium grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, C.I frame, charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The unit rate includes for protecton pipe and GI earth wire from top of earth plate upto 7.50 metre above ground level.

Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 32x6mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : 1. Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. 2. Cost of 7.5m length of GI strip & GI protection pipe shall be deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Manufacturer or OEM (original equipment manufacture) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 58.5 KVA, 415 Volts (AC 3 Phase, 1500RPM 4 wire system of supply), 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consist of a diesel engine flexible coupling coupled directly to matching alternator and mounted on metalastic foundation pads on a common base frame and thereafter installed in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure (the complete set conforming to and test certified as per CPCB norms IV or latest and as specified) all as specified, directed complete with AMF control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet return oil arrangement, suitable exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise and including the following :- (A) Engine (Prime Mover): The diesel engine totally enclosed, compression ignition, water cooled (radiator cooled) turbo-charged cooled suitable for Power generation application having minimum of suitable BHP capacity to drive the 58.5 KVA alternator at 1500 rpm under NTP condition conforming to BS 649, complete with all interconnecting piping and the following standard accessories. Suitable fly wheel, Flexible coupling, Air Cleane,. Radiator heavy duty type, Cooling fan, Water circulating pump, Corrosion resistor, PT Fuel pump, Electronic governing control (EGC), Fuel filter, Fuel shut down solenoid (24V DC), stop solenoid, Lubricating Oil filter, Oil cooler, By-pass filter, Silencer and Starter. (B) ALTERNATOR:- AC alternator copper wound, self excited, self regulated, self ven 58.5 KVA PF 0.8 1500 RPM insulation class 'H'. Enclosure IP 23 complete with AVR with + 0.5% voltage regulation, directly coupled to and match the above engine and alternator conforming to IS-4722. permissible over load 10% for 1 hour in 12 hour operation complete all as per IS-13364. (C) METALLASTIC Anti-vibration pads: for mounting engine, alternator assembly on the base frame/plate. (D) BASE PLATE : Base Plate shall be made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/specifications.

(E) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Provision of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure weather proof, water proof and corrosion free, as per lattest CPCB norms IV or latest, for the DG Sets to restrict the noise level to 75 db at one meter distance and temp rise within canopy shall not exceed 50 - 70 degree C. It shall be made of 14 SWG CRCA MS Sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic material. There shall be four hinged doors out of which one shall be with a glass window. The base shall be of ISMB section all as directed and shall include as under:- (i) Silencer shall be absorption type, non resistance, residential and exhaust pipe covered with rock wool insulation with aluminium cladding extending to about 2 meters outside the acoustic enclosures. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cables, IS - 694 marked, FRLSH in conduit and fluorescent lamp fittings. (iii) Fuel tank of 8 hours capacity made out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet, duly powder coated and provided with float, gauge and fuel float switch-01 Set (iv) Foundation of DG Set shall be as recommended by OEM and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i DG set shall be "pre-commissioned" by rep of AO within overall cost quoted. Fuel for "Pre-commissioned" test shall be arranged by contractor. (i) Suitable capacity battery maintenace free as per OEM recommendation shall be provided with in all cost.

DEMOLITION/DISMANTLING WORKS Taking up or down old unserviceable GI tubing and connections, of size 80mm dia medium grade from enroute the proposed site of SWT complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (a) Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid seperatly. (b) Retreived quantity will be contractor property under schedule of credit

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit sch for buildings and other services i.e Sch 'A' section XI (i.e Rs 86085.70) shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
