Cable route indicator made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 20 cms X 15 cms duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of LT/ HT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30X30X3mm, 45 cms long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 15 cms above ground level and 30 cms below ground level. The portion below ground level should be embedded in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 15 cms X 20 cms X 45 cms all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of PCC and earth work & excavation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size, complete all as specified.

Replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, Size of conductor 10 Sqmm, complete all as specified

Replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, Size of conductor 16 Sqmm, complete all as specified

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire/ guard wire on HT/ LT poles stretched without kinks, bend and binding with wire including fabrication of cradles hexagonal/ rectangular guards, spacers, road crossing etc., including taking down old wire of any type shape , size and removing from site, complete all as specified & directed .

Supply , fixing and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor within area of 5mtr complete including taking down conductor all as specified & directed

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing bus chamber factory made Outdoor type, CPRI approved, size 0.45mx0.75mx0.4m deep, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet and vermin proof with neoprene gasket having front opening and locking arrangement with IP-54 protection as per IS-8623, duly powder coated (Internally and externally) for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire having TPN aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps rating duly drilled holes for connections, RYB insulated with different color code and sleeved insulators complete prewired and copper cable connection with all incoming and outgoing cable connection with suitable size of lugs and glands including one No MCCB with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release of capcity of 125 amps, 415 volt, 25 KA, 4 pole ,fixed in PCC M-15, type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including taking down old unservicable chamber all as specified.

Galvanised stay strand, 7/3.15mm, including taking down unserviceable stay wire all as specified.

Re-stretching of ACSR conductor and earth wire of any size and type on HT poles including disconnecting and rewinding with insulators with suitable size of binding wire after restretching, connecting jumpers adjusting line dividers etc and cutting/trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches after taking shut down from power house, 1,00 metre apart from HT/LT line of both sides of conductor including removing branches from site, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Clearing branches from both sides of conductor in between two consequtive poles shall be considered as one span irrespective of distance between poles. (ii) Cost of T&P required for cutting and removing branches shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by bidder.

Stay Assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I including galvanized steel stranded wire of size 7/4mm and taking out/ dismantling old stay assembly, complete all as specified (Loop type insulator, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ)

Loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Pin type, polymer, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade including taking down old insulator complete all as specified and directed.

PVC seperator suitable for four ACSR Conductor feeder, complete all as specified.

Replacement of voltmeter for LT panel Square dial of size 96x96mm digital type , flush mounted , three phase class 0.5 complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of Amp meter for LT panel , digital type , flush mounted , three phase class 0.5 complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of indicator lamp assembly in red,yellow & blue colour for LT panels complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of Selector switch , flush mounted , three phase class 0.5 complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles 09m long including cross arms, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternatively on external surface above PCC copping including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping complete all as specified.

Painting to existing Prestressed concrete poles, 8.5m long with two coats of cement base paint including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (Total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete all as specified & directed.

Replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size/capacity with MCCB 4 pole 630 Amps , Breaking Capacity 50 KA, MCCBs, Adjustable Thermal & Adjustable Magnetic settings, Rated Service short circuit Breaking Capacity Ics =100%, 415 Volts including suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
