Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting. Ready mixed pain brushing wood primer pink as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with Ist quality oil bound washable distemper of of approved shade and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600 x600 x10 mm manufactured of approved shade & clour in flooring, treads of steps & landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required completeas per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Non slipary anti skid ceramic tiles 5.5 mm (five point five millimeter) thick of kajaria or its equivalent in flooring (300x300xmillimeter size), tread of steps, flooring laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 sand: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement complete as per HP. PWD.
