WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plant 0.80 MLD based on Rapid Sand Filter including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per contour plan and structural requirements, cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and erection of all steel works. Providing and installation of all mechanical, electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khad/natural drainage. All types of valves, fittings and all contingent works at village Sach (Location) capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in Chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O Inlet chamber, Parshal fulme, Raw water tank, C/O Pre-settling tank, flash mixer, Tappered flocculators, clear water tank, settling tank, rapid sand filter, back wash tank, back wash units with pumping sets and air compressors including arrangements for disposal of waste of water treatment plant process, proper Alum, Lime solution tanks with proper mechanical mixing arrangement, drainage channel, C/O Plant building, plant building comprising of office / automation room, a room for housing the automated valves. chemical house, chemical handling and feeding arrangements, C/O Sluice valce chamber, provision for Bypass and interconnecting arrangement for inlet chamber, interconnecting path (Minimum 1.20 metre wide), C/O PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls (3 mtr from the edge of each structure), C/O site development along with brick boundary wall fencing with steel gate, Providing and fixing of lighting arrangements (LED) lights made in the boundary unit of plant area (street light), providing & set up of laboratory equipment for WTO. Providing furniture, providing & fixing of Railings, access ladder & steel gate. Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments and a proper walk way for Inspection/operation of various units as per design parameters and specifications. Sizes shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The design of various units shall conform to relevant Codes and specifications. All the hydraulic stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC M30, design shall be carried out as per design sheet technical specifications. All the structures shall be designed for up lift pressure encountered at footing, as per contour plan uploaded suitable projection structure shall be designed and provided to avoid direct entry of HFL water within treatment premises.
