P/f Student table of overall size 1.00mt long x0.70m deep x1.65m total height . Lower part of table shall have a vertical partiton, one shutter and one drawer 0.15cm deep & 15cm deep long. The upper portion of table shall have two intermediate partitions & shutters 1.10x0.38m size. Prelaminated MDF board 18mm thick shall be used in table except on back & drawer bottom which shall be 8mm thick . The exposed edges of board is to be covered with 0.8mm lamination of matching colour / epoxy 40mm cupboard lock of approved make shall be provided in the cabintes. The Cabinet shall be fixed with 6 nos. PVC shoes. MDF board shall be of approved manufacturer, ISI marked conforming to IS:14587, exterior grade with choice lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side, complet as per drawing design.

Febrication & installation of customised office table of size in L shape (2.40+2.40) lengthX 0.80 width x 0.75 height or part thereof. The table is to be made of 18mm thick double side prelaminated MDF board. One end of the table there should be a key board 0.70 mt wide x 0.40 mt depth resting on proper sliding channels. On outer end of table there should be a cabinet having 0.20 mt height x 0.60 mt deep, 0.45 mt wide drawer at the top and shutter fixed with concealed hinges x 5.5 handle 75mm on tower side . Table top is to be provided with 100mm wide additional 18mm MDF board on periphery to make the edge of double thickness. The table will be closed from rear side using 18mm MDF board . Foot rest/ additional horizontal board is to be provided in full table length except cabinet portion of 0.30mt depth. front finished face towards sitting will be measured for payment.

Febrication,supply & installation of office Almirah having an overall size of 916mm(W)x486mm(D)x1980mm(H) with welded construction. It should have the shelf thickness of 0.7 mm, Back thickness of 0.8mm, Door thickness of 0.8mm (high yield strength) and all other components shall have a thickness of 0.9mm. These components shall be made of CRCA ‘D’ grade high yield strength as per IS:513. The Storwel Plain should have a Mazak handle and Three way locking mechanism with Shooting Bolts. It should have a height wise adjustable shelf mounting which shall have a Uniformly Distributed Load Capacity of max 40 Kg. It should also have a M10 Screw type Leveller with Hex plastic base. The finishing shall include Epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns (+/- 10) of approved colour. There shall be 5 loading levels in amirah.
