MODULAR LABORATORY TABLE WITH TWO STORAGE GRANITE TOP. Overall Dimensions: 1200mm Length x 750mm Depth x 900mm Height (including granite and bottom frame) Table shall consist of two storage cabinets and granite top. The size of storage cabinet shall be 600mm Length x 530mm Depth x 686mm Height (without bottom frame). Each storage cabinet should be provided with one drawer and below it twin shutters. Top of the table shall be 17(+/- 1mm) black granite supported underneath with 9mm thick BWR ply or 25mm wide 3mm thick soft pad sheet. V –groove should be provided granite’s bottom surface for dripping down the water or liquid through it. Sharp edges of the granite should be chamfered/rounded and sharp edges should be rounded off. All the gaps should be filled up or covered with silicon sealant. All the edges and corner of the granite should be nicely polished. The C- type floor mounted bottom frame of the table should be made of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet and 188mm High x 480 mm Depth including nylon level adjusters. The body of the storage cabinets should be made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. Drawer’s front fascia and Shutters should be 15mm thick with square edges and should be made of CRCA sheet and also having sandwiched or double skinned construction. The drawer and shutter outer wall should be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet and inner wall should be made of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. Shutters and Drawer’s front fascia should be provided with high quality rubber beading embedded all-around in between outer and inner walls so as to minimize the noise level while opening and closing the drawer and shutters. The shutters of the storage units should be fixed with stainless steel hydraulic zero crank hinges only. Hardware like screws should be stainless steel only for the fixing of hinges, doors and drawer. Drawers should move on ball slide zinc coated telescopic channels. Handles of the shutters and drawers should be aluminium recessed . Drawers and shutters of storage cabinets shall be provided with locking facility. All the CRCA components are pre-treated for de-greasing, de-rusting and phosphating. After proper pre-treatment, the steel components should be epoxy powder coated and oven baked at temp. Above 200 deg. C to provide scratch resistance surface coating film of thickness 50-60 microns.

CHEMICAL STORAGE CABINET WITH TOUGHNED GLASS DOOR Overall Size:- Height 1980 mms, Width 900 mms, Depth 485 (+/-10mm) The chemical storage cabinet should be made of GPSP sheet of uniform thickness of 0.8mm for the body and shelves, 1.2 mm for doors frame duly cut and bends with the help CNC machines. Cabinet should have 2 back sheets and internal sheet is provided with perforations. Top is provided with cutout of dia 100mm for exhaust of fume. The doors should be provided with 4mm thick toughened glass having high quality rubber beading on all four sides and further holding with sheet metal strips. Welding on the front frame of the doors should not be acceptable. The doors are provided with 3 way bolting system. The top and bottom end of the locking rod should be horizontally hook type and to be inserted into the horizontal slot and 3-way lock should be operated by single key. The chemical storage cabinet shall be equipped with four adjustable perforated shelves thereby making 5 compartments. The steel shelf shall be capable of carrying a uniformly distributed load of 70 Kgms. The tall cabinet shall be provided with three hinges for each door having removable hinge pins. All the steel component should be pre- treated for de-greasing, de-rusting and phosphating. After proper pre-treatment, the steel components should be epoxy powder coated and oven baked at temp. Above 200-degree C to provide scratch resistance surface film thickness 50-60 microns.

Febrication,supply & installation of 4 Door Book Case shall have the configuration of 14mm(W)x320mm(D)x1742mm(H). The unique design provides the right rigidity to the Top hinged doors , which shall facilitate easy use. The Book Case shall be made from prime quality CRCA steel with anti rusting treatment. It shall have a Rigid Knock Down Construction. The Top Pannel, Back Pannel and Side Pannel are made from 0.7mm high yield CRCA and other components from 0.8mm CRCA. Each door shall have a 6 Lever Cam Lock with Common Key. 3mm thick glass should be used in each door for clear inside vision whih shall be secured in a metal frame through a rubber gasket. Scissor Mechanism should be provided in each door for receding inside the top of every compartment and it shall ensure parallel and smooth movement. Each door should be provided with plastic side end caps as handle which is easy to grip. Each compartment shall have a storage shelf with a UDL capacity of max 80 Kg.
