The diameter of the handle support shall be minimum of 15mm.The total length of the handle shall be at least 500mm and the length of wooden grip shall be 410 to 450mm.The diameter of the grip shall be 37 to 42mm.The grip shall be properly attached with the rod. The end of the rod shall be threaded. The handle shall be attached with fly wheel by a hexagonal nut. 2. FLY WHEEL Fly wheel of 800-820 diameter with a provision of safety cover and shall 808mm with have provision either to operate it manually.The fly wheel shall 4 holes have two arms. One arm shall be provided with one square hole for fixing provided for the handle, three holes for fixing the blade and six tapped holes for fixing attaching the bolts for blade setting adjustment.
