Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15 x 3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. a) Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. a) Old work (one or more coats) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : a) Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and Fixing Aluminium door of fixed portion powder coated (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) and shutters of Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, including top portion of float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) and below portion of 4mm Thick ACP Sheet, Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality), Aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete, Aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc, Aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour of size 125mm including the cost of tower bolt and all neccesary butt hinges all complete as per architectural drawings and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: a) White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. a) Semi rigid pipe i) 32 mm dia as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.
