Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-40 grade prepared with batch mixing machine, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using washed sand and graded stone aggregate in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture and finally finished by brooming with wire brush etc., including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel/plate sections, curing with water, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (upto 10mm wide x upto 100mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer in charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately).

Plating of sleeve over dowel bars of 32mm placed in the joints as per the provided design, binding it in position with binding wire and securing them with correponding fittings and tape so that no concrete gets between the steel bar and sleeve for sufficient movement of steel bar.including carriage of material in all leads and lifts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.. Approved make of SAIL/ TISCO/ RINL Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars including carriage of material in all leads and lifts

Trimix flooring i/c levelling with screed - based vibrator dewatring with vacum pump & Trowelling complete i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and applying pre tested and approved water based non pigmented wet concrete curing compound to concrete/ masonary surface, all as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts Using grade ‘A’ sealing compound.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-inCharge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.
