Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick pre-painted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with pre-painted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with pre-painted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint: a) In beams, joists, channels, angles, tees flats with connecting Steel work plates or angle cleats as main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

b) In gratings, framed guards, bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing plain asbestos cement sheet ceiling of approved quality with but jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately) a) 4mm thick

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide 45 cm overall semicircular plain G.I. Sheet gutter with iron brackets 40 x 3 mm size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design. a) 0.63 mm thick sheet

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC(D-Plast) Rain Water Pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete a)100 mm dia pipe

Providing and fixing PVC plain bend ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete. a) 110mm Plain bend.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium doors, windows,ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree; straight, mitred and jointed mechanicallywhere ever required including cleats angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/paneling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete respect as per architectural drawings and as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. a) For doors, windows, ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames.

b)For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC/ neoprene gaskets of required (fitings & glazing paneling shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etcwith PVC/neoprens gasket etc. Complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge (cost ofaluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) a) Glazing with glass panes of 4mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 Kg/Sqm.

b) Glazing with glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness (weight not less than than 13.75 kg/Sqm.)

Providing and fixing anodized powder coated 80-70 micron of approved shade grills of approved pattern fined in a alunimnim cleaned in window of ventilators i/c fixing with approved pattern to existing windows aluminium screws or bolts & mails complete (Alunimium base frame to be measured & paid for seperatly) i/c carriage of materials in all leads & lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium beading for fixing of grills in existing aluminium frame of wndows & ventilators with screws etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 20 mm x 6 mm mild steel 15 mm long clamps for security click tops.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter. a) With white/ other than white enamel paint

Extra for every subsequent coat of paint. a) With white/ other than white enamel paint

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to given and even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and Stopping. a) With enamel paint other than white.

Extra for every subsequent coat of paint on previously painted wood: a) With enamel paint other than white.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new concrete masonry/plaster surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand paperingas required with: a) Paint other than white.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design(Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters.

Applying priming with cement primer coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/ plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with : a) Ready mixed primer

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm. And under and 10 to 15mm thck includig cutting the patch n proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including dsposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead of 20 mettre with: a) Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Sand)

Distempering (one coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade ,on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease dirt loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Extra for every subsequent coat of distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture Paint.
