Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new concrete masonry/plaster surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand paperingas required with: a)Paint other than white.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete upto all height

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the Rough/ side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth up to all heights including all lead & lifts : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

Providing ,fixing and erecting scaffolding in double face structure as required along with approach system for the repairs/painting & white washing of the to enable for execution of all items of works all complete with necessary support, propping system etc. with posts of ballies of MS or GI pipes of required dia & size up to all heights including providing dust preventive curtains and debries preventive net/curtains of appropriate material designed for the safe working with arrangements dismantling the system and carting away and damping the un-serviceable dismantled material up to all lead & lifts. Rate shall suitably included for providing all structural propping required for unloading and support to structural members during repairs and necessary protecting system for windows by covering with ply/steel plates and dismantling after completion of work all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge(Peripheral surface area of the building covered with scaffolding above the plinth level shall be considered for measurements purpose).
