PLC electrical panle and wiring Schedule 'D' (PLC, Programe logical control):- Supplying of complete required wiring of all electrical instrument with copper wire of make Hanell's/Finolix/polycab or dasper with covered cable tray Panle body should be powder coated Mild steel. All electrical shall be of Siemens/FUJI make and control plant in following manner. It should consist of 7" HMI screen PLC board should be of siemens/FUJI ON/OFF CONTROLLING FOR THE ELECTRIC PUMP AND MOTORS. EMERGENCY ON/OFF SELECTOR SWITCH FOR EACH AUTOMATIC VALVE PUSH BUTTON FOR EACH EQUIPMENT MANUAL CONTROLLING. MCB for 4 PUMP. Multi Meter on board Phase light red green and blue. 400 amp MCCB all required relay to operate plant smoothly as per required specification complete in all respects.

Schedule 'E' (PLC, Chilling System) Chiller:- SITC of 3 TR x 2 Nos emerson copland or danfoss compressor outdoor unit. Temperature range -5 degree celsius to 12 degree celsius condenser fin and tube type cooling type air cooled Heat exchange tank copper sch 10 pipe coil merge into tank for cooling comppressor type scroll complete in all respects including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Glycol tank:- Supplying of 850 liter working volume Pressurized Fermntation tank Three MOC SS 304 Make Jindal/Tata steel. Gross volume should be 25% more First layer Main shell thickness 3 mm Smooth Grind finish from inside. Second layer insulation Thickness 1.5 MM outer finish of tank should be Mirror polish insulation should be 60 mm thick insulated with Polyurethane Foam Top should be flat half lid opening end with SS 304 Lid atmospheric type Bottom Should be flat suported by 80NB SS 304 sch 40 pipe 3 Nos. all joint should be TIG welded and joint should be smoothen and polished pipe for nozzel should be of SS 304 make Jindal Nozzel end should be of SS 304 Tri clamp type. Butterfly valve 1.5" TC end with clamp 3 Nos fitted for supply and circulation of glycol. Pump head should be of SS 304 and Motor for the same pump should be of 1.5HP 20 meter head and make Crompton or ABB subjected to availabilty. 200 liter Glycol for to start up the plant complete in all respects.

Piping:- Supplying of Glycol circulaiton piping are subjected to site requirement which will be in between 350 SQF. All glycol circulation pipline should be of PPR make Aster or Fusion. Consist of union ball valve and complete glycol line circulation set. With 19 mm thick nitrile insulation complete in all respects.

Schedule 'F' (Utility) Hot water Tank:- Supplying of 200 liter Mash Cum boiling tank Double layer tank MOC SS 304 Make Jindal/Tata steel Main shell thickness 3 mm Smooth Grind finish from inside insulation Thickness 1.5 MM outer finish of tank should be Mirror polish insulation should be 60 mm thick insulated with mineral wool Top should be Torispherical dish end with SS 304 350 OD manhole. All joint should be TIG welded and joint should be smoothen and polished pipe for nozzel should be of SS 304 make Jindal Nozzel end should be of SS 304 Tri clamp type Pump head should be of SS 304 and Motor for the same pump should be of 1.5HP 20 meter head and make Crompton or ABB subjected to availabilty. Tank should consist of 6 KW heating coils MOC Stainless steel 304 with 1" threaded nipple. quantity 4 Nos. gross volume should be 25% more from 200 liter complete in all respects.

CIP tank:- Supplying of Cleaning tank make ss 304 capacity 75 liter working 100 liter gross volume 3mm thick plate top half lid opening and bottom flat stand on three lag. Tank should be mounted on movalble trolley consist of four wheel with a hot water tank similar pump and pump connected with 75 liter tank with ss pipe sch 80 and butterfly valve with earier mention specification complete in all respects.

Brewing Consultancy monthly Fees/Charges :- For Head Brewer, Assistant Brewer and brewing Helper for Beer Making (Every month) Choices of Beer flavour as per requirement.

Schedule A (Consumables):- Supplying of 200 ltr. Glycol to start the plant

Supplying of Beer tower with Flash chiller and python pipe with beer taps. At ground floor upto 20mtr. From brewery.

Supplying of 150 LPH PLANT WITH 1000LTR. FOR RO WATER STORAGE AND 2000LTR. FOR SURGE TANK WITH ALL PIPELINE

Schedule 'F' (Delivery erection commisioning):- complete erection of all the equipments mentioned above as per layout at site including testing and commisioning till despensing system alongwith freight charges up to site at Hotel Kunzam Manali Distt. Kullu (H.P.)

The performance warranty period of the plant will be for 2 years. The successful bidder shall maintain the plant for 2 years and no amount will be paid for 2 years. However, the bidder have to code the AMC charges for next 5 years for each year separately. (after 2 years of warranty period)
