1. Repair and Machining( in Situ) of Thrust Collar of Unit - II of 10MW Ganvi Power House Stage 2 including: i) Machining and removal of damaged material from the mirror disk area of thrust block. ii) Finishing the thrust collar to mirror finish of 0.2-0.3"Ra" value (Surface Finish of N6/N7). iii) Run out of the trust block over its entire surface is not to exceed 0.02 mm with respect to its reference. iv) The non-circularity of thrust collar to not exceed 0.010mm. any ovality in thrust block is to be removed completely. 2. Blue Matching of insulation disc to thrust pads with thrust block to ensure complete matching of the surface. 3.Rectification of tripping circuit of the thrust pad assembly. 4.Rectification of electrical signal feedback of the thrust assembly providing necessary special tools and tackles for carrying out the above works is in the scope of Bidder.
