Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning in supervison of approved OEM make 6 Way RMU, ( 3 LBS & 3VCB ), SF6 insulated 12kV, 630 Amps, internal arc 21KA for 3 Sec. , BIL 38 KV/95 KV peak, suitable CT 200/1 with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMT+Inst.) for protection provided with VCB , both side extensible, outdoor duty, for elevation above 2400m above sea level, manually operated Ring main unit consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated along with right angle boot Touch Proof termination Kits, All ways should have FPI, Space heater with thermostat. All the necessary wirings and space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for future compatibility with SCADA system (Supply of FRTU is not in scope). The scope is including Plinth/Angle iron Stand as per OEM design complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Make:-ABB/SCHNEIDER/GE(ALSTOM)/SIEMENS Contractor shall provide and supply all Tools & Tackles set with each RMU to HPSEBL (Touch Proof termination Kit Torque Wrench, Top Tool Socket Set(8mm to 32mm),Hand Operated Crimping tool set (25-400mm) with die set, Cable stripping tool, D-Spanner Set, Allen Key Set , Screw Driver Socket Set, Cutting Plier, Cable Knife Make :Taparia/Top Tool/Stanley/Bosh., LPG Gas Blow Lamp, 5Kg LPG Cylinder etc.) Battery operated HT Megger 11KV, Battery operated LT Megger (0-1000V) , Tong Tester (750V-1000Amp), Battery Operated Earthing Tester (Make: Mecco/ Rishabh/Motwane/Fluke) and other tools & Tackles which will be used at site for erection, testing and Commissioning of all equipments.These tools and tackles shall be handed over to Engineer-In Charge and shall not be taken away.
