“Providing Tungsten Carbide hard coating by HP-HVOF coating method on runner buckets from inside of ‘W’ portion of bucket (inclusive of major repair and surface finishing by means of grinding and grit blasting before the Tungsten Carbide coating) of the existing Coated Forged Fabricated Pelton runner (with coating) having 21 buckets including stress relieving, balancing and testing of runner as per relevant standards after HP-HVOF Coating for the 3x40 MW Bhaba HEP” in Distt Kinnaur H.P. The runner is suitable for single runner turbine with two jets developing 41240 KW at rated net head of 887.20 mtrs and design discharge of 5.67 cumecs per unit and suitable for direct coupling to vertical shaft alternator rated at 44444 KVA , 0.9pf lag, 11KV having a rated speed of 500 rpm including testing of runner as per relevant standards, scope of work defind in technical specifications. Including freight and insurance charg from Bhaba Power House to works and back(To & fro)
