Repair and re-calibration of different BHEL electronic modules as appended below installed in ASRP and EHG Panel of Unit No. 1 of Larji Power House. Defective cards should be examined for malfunctioned electronic components using testing kit. Packing of all damaged modules in designated boxes so as for safe transportation. Replacement of all damaged components. Checking of all physical parameters at different output locations of the components. Checking of all software parameters along with trouble shooting and tuning of EHGC and excitation system. Safe transportation of repaired moduels to Larji Power House. The modules should be functional with the existing EPROM of existing card. After repair, the module should be installed in the panel for test run on No load, On-load and full load conditions for successful operation of the whole system and there should be no error, alarm. indication or any spurious command to any existing cards. The programming, installation and successful operation of the repaired card should be in the scope of the contractor
