Providing and laying cement concrete lining in 10 cm thick or less for irrigation channel using cement concrete 1 :2 :4 ( 1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone agg. 20mmnominal size ) and curing complete exculding the cost of form work for hand mixed concrete lining in side slope and bed including cement concrete lining under water withen all leads liftes as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC works including bending winding and placing in potion. Complete upto floor two level including entire carriage of material withen all leads and lifts

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting hard and soft rock including chiselling where blasting prohibited bailing or pumping out water (Dewatering) upto all lifts and depths, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentailing of of following dia as per IS 3589-2001 in trenches including with MS flang table -5 stacking the Un- serviceable pipe at site to back store as per direction of engieer - in chargee ( Excavation to be measured and paint separately

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of MSERW pipe with circumferential butt welded joints by electrical are welding in 3 layers (welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) with intermediate flanged joints after 100m spacing of pipe length of 200mm dia meters conforming to IS/ISO: 3183-2007 of steel grade 1.210 or A (laterst with upto date ammendments) having wall thickness as specified below, and capable of with standing required hydraulic test pressure in a random length 5.50 to 6.00 meter, including manufacturing/ fabrication of reducers tapers, tees, all short pieces, bends etc. of required degree as per site requirement made form the parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include welding flanged, joints duly welded in three layer (two inner one outer), where ever required as per the direction of the Engineere-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges including nuts and bolts & gasket will be measured and paid for separately) and all operations such as cutting, welding, joints, fabrication of bends, tees i.e lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The fabrication bends shall have 3-4 cuts having its of radius not less than 5 times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanised (Zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevent IS standard and the damaged portion of the pipes and special (if damaged during laying and jointing operation of pipe) made form the parent tube, shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorosive bitumenous paint over a priming coat as epr AWWA specification C: 203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS: 814-1991 of Advani Oerlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material flushing, cleaning & hydroulic testing, DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respects and to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts. Note:- Negetive Tolerance shaould boit be more than +/ - 3%. The MS flanges 200mm dia table-5 shall bve provided conforming to IS-6392-1971 (latest with sizes of nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1964 (Latest and compressed asbestos sheet not less than 3mm thckness as per IS 2712-1965) latest as per direction and entire satisaction of Enineer-in-charge (4.8mm thick (weith 25.368 Kg/mtr.)
