Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts:

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc upto 200 mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like

Providing and Fixing MS man hole cover of size 500x500 mm diameter made up of 3.15 mm thick plain MS sheet fixid in angle iron frame of 50x50x5mm supported with MS flat of 50x5mm at centre of sheet including fishing hold fast,hinges and locking arrangement complete with reputed lock i.e. link/Harison make (MEDIUM DUTY) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Laying and Jointing G.I. Pipes (light grade),tube fittings in trenches I/c earth work complete:-

Providing & fixing brass full way with hand wheel of following nominal bore complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying and binding (By way of circumferental butt welding by electrical arc welding) and testing of galvanised mild steel tube G.I pipe of following dia. Confirming to BIS 1239-2001 (Latest with upto date ammendements having wall thickness as per code with bevelled / Plain ends in a random length of 4 to 7 Mtrs. including mfg. reducers/ tapers all the pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tube. The laying of will includes all operation such as Cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tee etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing and cleaning anad hydrullic testing complete in all respectto the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. the fabricated bend shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia. of ppe. the dameged portion of the pipe end special made form the parent tube during welding or otherwised shall be provided anti corrossive treatment by applying two coats of anti corrossive bitumens paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203 -1978. the welding electric shall be Aas per IS 814 of advani Oerlkon / L&T or ISI markd make. The rate also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning, hydraullic testing complete to the best satisfication and direction of Enginner in Charge with in alll leads and lifts.(Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separtely.

Supply of submersible pumping set of reputed make such as KSB /Kirloskar SU/BS/Johnston make confirming to latest relevent BIS code The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of Bronze/ suitable alloy as per IS 5650 1970 latests suitable for clear cold water having greased packed bearings and shalt with wound stater on motor side and with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications The pump shall be directly coupled to a 1 submersible squrne cage electric induction motor of Kirloskar/NGEF/Cromption make conforming to BIS code latest with upto date ammendement totally dist and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediated casing with double meehnical seal m oil with stand non vertical loads with minium wear and tear It should also be fitted with a divice to takeup expansion of water with hetting of motor The pump set should included water level guard erection clamps cable clips and depth guage dry running protetion etc and should be suitable for operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty point head. The motor /motors cofirming to minimum IE2 norms IS-12615/2011 with up to date amendments.It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and pointing etc. The pump set should be capable to perform the following duties:-

Ramp Up time 0-25 sec within built by-pass system fully programmable i e digital display connection with motor ete and all connection needed to make motor pump run sucessfully on automatic mode The starter should be offered with cabinet of reputed make including panel board with all accessories like digtial voltmeter control relays, push button, indication limp, selector switch, control transformer. MCB etc. The Equipment should be compatiable/upgradeable for use with future automation of the scheme complete in all leads & lifts.

Providing and Fixing of Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/Gled/BHEI/Leader make CI double flanged sluice valve (Class PN-1.00) 40 mm dia in delivery pipe and capable of withstanding 3 nominal seat pressure as per BIS. As per IS 780 with latest ammendments the reflus valve shall conform to BIS 5312-1984 (Part-1) latest with upto date ammendments.

Providing and Fixing of Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/Gled/BHFL/Leader make of suitable size cast iron/double flanged swing check type reflux valve having bye pass arrangement 4 (PN-1.6) 40mm in delivery of pump for withstanding nominal seat pressure as per BIS PN-1.6) 50mm dia in delivery pipe and capable of withstanding nominal seat, pressure as per BIS As per IS 780 with latest ammendments.

Providing and laying PVC Jointless flat water proof cable of required size as per BIS 694, 1990 (Latest up to date amendments) sutiable for the pump sets offered from OCB to motor, Motor to starter including all other electrical equipments such as thimbles flexible pipes, solder nuts and bolts cable, cable gland etc laid in pipes or treches The type and size shall be subjected to approval of HPSEBL authorities In case off nor acceptance of HPSFBL authority it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost

Providing and fixing steel wire rope 6 mm thick for holding the column assembly and pump set in bore well to avoid falling of assembly and pump set in bore well including complete arrangement of fastening ete compelete job in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Supply and Fixing of supporting clamps

Supply and Fixing of cable clips of required size

Erection of all equipments from Sr No 12 to 20 including cost of tee's bends, tappers and any other required fitting as per site condition and directions of engineer In charge.
