Providing and Laying Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Steel work welded in built up section trusses and framed work including cuttint, hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing cast iron man hole cover, 560 mm dia with frame (medium duty). Weight of frame 58 kg and weight of cover 58 kg. Total weight of frame and cover not less than 58 kg.

Providing, fixing, Laying and galvanized wire Masquito proof ventilator size 600 mm dia and 300 mm in hieght with frame of M.S. angle iron 40x40x6 mm complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying, jointing & testing of GMS (plan ended pipe) with circumfrential 90% butt welded joints & 10% for flange joint with MS flanges i/c nuts, bolts, rubber gasket etc of following dia by electrical arc welding with minimum two layers capable to withstand required test pressure (minimum welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/ tapers, all short pieces, bends of required degree as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include intermediate flanged joints spaced at an interval of 15 pipe lengths or where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge dully welded in three layers (two for outer & one on inner side) and all other operation such as cutting, cleaning, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc, lowering and laying in excavated trench to ensure required level i/c flushing, cleaning, and hydraulic testing complete in all respect & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately). The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes and all the specials (if damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) made from the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.100mm dia (M), Table-5

Providing and fixing of double flanged cast iron Sluice valve 100 mm Dia of BIR/Kartar make class PN-1.6 conforming to BIS: 14846 capable of with standing nominal seat test pressure 16kg/cm² complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on un-decorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose material sand papered stopping complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Extra cost for providing and mixing polyester triangular synthetic fibres in specified ration 6-18mm length designed for melting point 240-260 degree centigrade and having specific gravity of 1.33-140 as per IS-456 amendment August 2007 & IRC 44- 2008 @ 125 grams/50kg of cement bag in all types of CC, RCC, plastering and flooring work etc.

Provision for Drawing & Design and Bearing capacity of soil complete in all respect.
