Foundation and plinth

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1cement,2 Sand,4 Stone Agrregate 40 mm Nominal Size & Curing Complete exculding the cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work :-

a) In suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete M30 (Design Mix) But not less than 1:1.5:3 & Curing Complete exculding the cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work

a)In Foundation and Plinth complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

B.) Walls (any thickness but not less then 0.10 mm thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses.) complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

C) In suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and Ballies height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in

A) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc.up to 200mm in thickness complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

B) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

1st Class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 Sand) complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coats on rough side of brick /concrete/stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two level i/c arrires.intrenal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:4 (one cement :4 sand) inner side i/c cost and carriage of material with in all leads,lifts and other incidentials.

Providing mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending, binding &placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying cement slurey on RCC Slab or cement concrete work complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing CI Rungs 200 mm wide complete in all respect all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing Cast SFRC Manhole cover having size of 560 mm internal dia (Heavy Duty) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providinf and fixing C.I. manhole cover with frame ( Light duty-single seal pattern 500 mm internal dia,total weight of cover and frame to be not lessthan 58 Kg in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing , laying, jointing and testing in trenches GMS pipes ( light grade) confirming to ISI specification including commissioning and cost of all fittings in respect of following diameters in system (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the directoon of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying,Jointing and testing in trenches MSERW pipe butt welded pipe of below mentioned dia and grade conforming to IS 3183-2007 (with latest ammendments) including all kind of specials such as bends of all degree to be made from parent tube, short pieces, tail pieces all made from parent tube and to the entire satisfaction of enginer-in-charge. The pipes end should be bevelled suitable for butt welding. The circumferencial butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to following dia & class pipes,welding of pipes to be done in three layers to make the joints leak proof and to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS- 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani oerlikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects & manual/mechnical handing of pipes. The laying of pipe shall confirm to BIS-5822 (with latest ammendments uptodate), including all kind of specials such as bends of all degree to be made from parent tube, short pieces, tail pieces all made from parent tube within all leads and lifts. ( Earth work in trenches, to be measured and paid for separately)

Providing,laying,jointing and testing of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML(SBR tyton push on joint) i/c cost of bend as per required degree complete in all respects as per IS 8329-2900 Class K7 Dimensions weight and test pressuers in all respect and as per latest amendments or Edition including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the directoon of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and jointing tyton (Push on joints) to Ductile iron pipe and fitting i/c testing of the joints,cost of rubber gasket(EDPM Quality) conferming to IS 3382 (Lastest edition /amendments) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.and as per latest amendments or Edition.
